Putindbutt:
It is a shame, moreso, a big fraud to think such a thing among the minorities who clearly have their own histories. This fraud did not start with the modern generation of ibos but it was the manual that was handed to them by the whites.
Have you noticed that ibos would label you ibo just because you bear an ibo name or remotely have a similar dialect as any of the ibo dialects.
A fraud? But ever since the war ended, you people have been working earnestly to wipe the history and languages of these Igbo towns.
You have succeeded to a great extent in Nembe and other Oru villages, now your eyes is set at Bonny, Bom and Okirika.

If they are distinct from Ndigbo and related to you, why are you committing cultural genocide on them?
Why are you stigmatising their language and heritage?

Now their kins have come to their rescue by presenting superior evidence on their heritage and language so that they won't be ashamed to say outside what they do their rooms due to the fear of being tagged slaves by those holding most political offices in the states they were allocated to and you have problems with it.

What do you have against Bonny people speaking the language they do with their mother at Organisations?
What do you have against Bonny people telling their own history?

Alabo7879 Dem say you no be Indigene o.Better find another village o.
You people might have recorded a huge success in Nembe but I assure you that Bonny would not just be tough nut to crack but an impossibility for you pirates.
Do you know why?
Because their history says so.

BTW, Ofoigbo, Ekealterego and SlayerForever forever look at number 15 of their cultural genocide template, you'll see what contemporary Bonny Indigenes call house. They call it Ụlọ like other Igbo people but here, the pirates wants us to believe that their mother tongue says Wari.

Take a look at the snippet below, what do you discover?

The whites had done a great disservice to the minority tribes of the Niger delta by classifying a lot of the tribes as ibo. I would be less harsh on the whites for the fact that they lacked the understanding of the unique dialectical and geographical distribution of many tribes of the Niger delta, thereby wrongfully lumping together a lot as being ibos.
Ibos started began leaving the hinterland through slavery and then after, heavy migration to settle among many tribes of the Niger delta. By their huge population concentration, ibos could easily submerged, overwhelm & greatly influence their host minorities. Little wonder, many of their surrounding neighbors with whom they share boundaries are heavily influenced and most times, acculturated.

The submission of the author in No72 is a great injustice against the minorities who clearly have their own distinct identities different from the ibos.

From evidences, including the snippets that is acknowledged by Alabo7978 which featured the Nembe dialect Baikie met when he toured Nigeria. The dialect he later compared with Isuama dialect. The evidence that proves beyond reasonable doubt that Nembe indigenes then spoke in Igbo.

By the way, which minority are you talking about?
Are you talking about the same Minorities that are currently committing Cultural Genocide on the people of Bonny?
The same minority that changed the name of someone's ancestor from Pepple to Perekule?
The same Minority that once challenged the legal existence of Opobo?
The same minority that is blackmailing the indigenes of Bonny, Opobo and Bom (New Calabar) by attaching a stigma to their Igbo heritage?

The minority that have conditioned the indigenes of Nembe to second fiddle and is now advocating to totally eradicate the origins and culture of Bonny people?

The minority that is doing this below?

All precolonial maps show Anioma as being part of Benin, also I am Anioma and my uncle Obaseki is Anioma. All Anioma kings not only dress like the Oba of Benin but they also identify as relatives of the Oba of Benin.
You live in a world of illusions. You are going to need to wake up to reality one day.
No precolonial map has ever showed Anioma as part of Bini.

Your Disney land map is not an illustration of anywhere because it didn't make mention of any landmark. Something an Economic Refugee in France won't understand.
If you have dignity of yourself or reconnected to your root, you would have realised that if you want to read a map, you'll use landmarks in other to know where you are heading to, and your Disney land map lacks it.

To show how low you reason, you didn't bother to ask yourself where the entire Yoruba people which are like 50 times the size of Bini population are in your map.

As for the dressing. Prior to the establishment of warrant chiefs in Igboland, no Igbo chief dress like any Bini person. It was the introduction of Warrant chiefs that brought that borrowed dressing. The warrant chiefs while looking for something to justify their existence copied the existing monarchy of a neighbouring ethnicity.

We are not Ijaws, so we can't claim Bini attires or emblem. Ndigbo have theirs and it is Elephant tusk. The same elephant tusk was also used in Bonny and other Igbo coastal towns.

If you want to see how ancient Western Igbo chiefs dress like. Take a look
The picture is from Ogwashi-Ukwu (part of Western Igboland/Anioma)

Why do the usual Nigerian ignoramus always assume he is intellectually superior to whomever he is talking to ?
For your information, I am a mathematician who earned his degrees in France, also I am a teacher in France. Now you know I am smarter than you so you can stop beating your empty chest.

As I already stated, all precolonial maps of the region show it as being part of a precolonial country named Benin Kingdom/empire, the capital of that kingdom is called Benin city, you are obviously confusing the capital with the country itself. You clearly have a terrible grasp at history like most Nigerians. I had the luck of studying history in a country in which it actually is a serious field studied with logics rather than the Nigerian usual fairytales and politically motivated revisionism.

N.B: Edo state is located in Benin, not the other way around.

Answer to my question: most illiterates think they are geniuses because they are not exposed to higher thinking and thinkers. That is why you assumed you were my intellectual senior whereas I could probably teach the teacher of your teacher.
Nobody boasts of being an economic Refugee except a Bini inferior with a complex
No Igbo man dead or alive will boast that he is a common teacher in France or any country. That is the self Confidence the colonialists recorded about Ndigbo.

Now to your map.
So, you want us to believe that Bini once has control over Igbo, Ibibio, half of Yoruba, Ejagham, all the tribes of Southern Cameroon but except for Yorubas, none of these people knew that they were under Bini.
It is just like saying that you own a dog but the dog doesn't know that it is owned.

During the Ekumeku, the British fought Western Igboland (what some call Anioma today) for 28 years but not in any case did any of the war chief from the Western Igboland made mention of relating or being part of any Bini empire or take orders from any Bini monarch.

So you see my dear Economic Refugee in France, no matter the control any group has on another, if the group the map says has hegemony over is bigger than the group, the map will make mention of that group. There has never been any map of Ethiopia without designation of Oromia/Oromo which is the largest group but are politically under Tigray and Amhara.

Your map is fake. A map of hearsay not something made from first person experience.

Now let us discus how you basically think you are as strong as the British empire was, because your dream seems to be about you basically doing to Benin empire's capital what the British did. The British and Benin empire fought a war and you iPod deluded fools are far from being as strong as the Benin empire or the British empire.

All your hatred comes from the fact your ancestors used to eat humans. That cannibalism is encoded in your dna and you act it out through your hatefulness. This is the reason why nobody likes Igbos, even southern Cameroonians who used to be part of eastern Nigeria had to join Cameroon in order to not be in the same country with igbos. You said your never existed, mysterious Bini empire fought war with Britain?

Please have you heard of an empire that was defeated in 6 hours?
That was 9-18 February 1897, the burning of hideouts took 5 days and the actual demolition (or what you call battle) took 6 hours.

Now compare your folk tale empire to Aro (one Igbo clan) that held the British for 5 months conventional warfare.

I didn't want to answer him but since you have started it here is my feedback for him.

Identity could be influenced by political authority in Europe but not in Africa. Since no indigenous ethnic groups in southern Nigeria really colonized the other. Unless he is trying to claim the Proud progenitors of Ancient Bonny and Opobo were colonized by ijaws which hasn't been proven. Except for instances of Ijaw leaders like the current King of Nembe who confiscated Igbo properties in the old River state.

He should ask him self:

Why is Bonny and Opobo the only two places on the coast where the indigenous language is different from the acclaimed owners?
Despite the Fulani hegemony over the Hauses, the Hausa language like the Ebanne has stood the test of time.

People's languages cannot be wished away by an executive fiat as is been attempted on this islands.
His post proves that they have conceded defeat.
No more evidence to present so they want to rely on Power/authority, something they also lack.

What Ijaw have over Bonny is past Igbo negligence. This is something this thread as well with other things/activities that will come after it from Ndigbo will address.

I like your Fulani and Hausa. It is the closest they can relate to.

Languages aren't what determine who owns territories.
The German Language is spoken in more than 6 European countries and Arabic is spoken as first languages in many countries.

The two primary determining factors on the ownership of territories are ;

1) The political authority over the territories.

2) The peoples: In cases of referendum, referendum will only be conducted on territories where their people as represented by their political authorities demand for it.
We've passed this stage.

1. The political authority over Bonny is in the hands of Rivers state Government and last I checked, it is not headed by Ijaw.

2. The cultural genocide perpetrated by Ijaw on Bonny is enough referendum.
They see Bonny as an abandoned booty right for taking.

Notice the number system Captain Crow recorded in Bonny differ from those of Isu in terms of number "One".

In Isu dialect that modern standard written Igbo drew alot from, "One" is called "Otu".
In Onitsha, Anioma and Anambra, One is "Ofu".
In parts of Abia and Ebonyi and Imo, One is "Nnaa".
Ndoki are the only Igbos that call one "Oli".

Notice that the one in Bonny Igbo was "Oli" written as "Oly".
Which proves our point that the influence of Igbo slaves in Bonny was grossly exaggerated by latter day Ijaw nationalists like Alagoa, in order to bury the Indigenous presence of Ndoki in Bonny, and present Igbo language presence in Bonny as the result of Igbo slaves in the Island.

But in truth, if the Igbo language in Bonny is as a result of Igbo slaves there, the Igbo dialect used in Bonny should be Isu, who formed bulk of Igbo slaves, and not the Ndoki dialect we see in Bonny today and indeed in the past, as recorded by captain Crow.

I just had to re emphasize this.
I wonder where that Ijaw dude brought those mysterious things he posted from.
If Ubani use those things he posted, there wouldn't be need for the cultural genocide they are committing on them

How many prisoners of war did Nigeria release after the war?

This will help you to know that your Soldiers are bunch of murderers. So your lie doesn't fit in.

Secondly, Okirika was already in the hands of Nigeria days before Adaka Boro's death , so how did the Biafran soldier get in?
