What plugin are you using ?
Its possible your host can't send mails until you configure the smtp...etc for the particular plugin you are using or Wordpress as a whole

Good morning everyone,

Can anybody assist me in rectifying this issue. I have a WordPress site that require people to register before being qualified to ask or answer questions. The one problem I am facing right now is, people get activation link after successfully completing the sign up form.

Below is the response you get after registration:

"Check Your Email To Activate Your Account!

You have successfully created your account! To begin using this site you will need to activate your account via the email we have just sent to your address."

Sadly enough, the mail never comes even after trying numerous emails.

What can I do to fix this bug, please?
