Update : the insurance company official called me, to send the location of where the vehicle is.
He told me to calm down, that they will take over on Monday,, they ask if I can get a mechanic to evaluate the damages, but if I don't have, they will sort everything out.

This is too wonderful to be true.

Update the owner of the car, who is claiming is a company car is fixing an appointment on Monday to settle the issue.

Invariably I have called the lawyer to be on standby on Monday in case they wants court ish.

I am a bit relieved.

Initial investigation shows the certificate might not have been issued by any duly licensed insurance company (see attached).

However, we have initiated contact with the aforementioned insurance company to ascertaining from them.

Futhermore, I can suggest you paste the certificate here since you have already mentioned the company's name (we can know if the certificate is theirs).

I just hope you did not patronise all those 'touts' who get insurance for vehicles along with the vehicle registration

I will provide more update soon.

The insurance guy I spoke with said he will call me by 12 today.
But am having a double mind, he is not speaking with confidence, like telling me am the one to snap the pictures and send to them.

I am on my way to awka in anambra, a very angry uncle who heard about this summons me, he said I was too soft that is why this matter is like this.

When I get back tommorrow I will send the document to you. Thanks alot I appreciate.
