What do you do when a good driver goes bad?

One of my best started defaulting and now owing 3weeks. Father of 3 consistent payments since January.

When a good staff starts underperforming, talk about it. If he is as good as you say he is, he wont be comfy with defaulting and might just need a boost or some slight modification in terms which can be negotiated.
I trust you're ever reasonable

it has a serpentine belt aka fan belt that rolls the compressor, alternator and co and a timing chain inside your engine block to the far left. The chain is not in the open

I was going to say. I know ive not been reading Maintenance tip on Cars thread for nothing. If timing chain break, car wont even start.

To be on the safe side eh, just waive two (which I plan on doing). The reason is: I saw a sample of ACCA diploma transcript (I googled it), it clearly states if an exam was Exempted or Passed.

So, If WES sees that you passed just one paper and got exemptions for two others, they might not positively evaluate you. (My 2 Kobo)

If you have been previously exempted from F1 - F3, and you need the diploma certification, all you need to do is waive one of the exemptions, pass the exam, and wahla! you get the certification. Your exempted fee for that exam will be refunded.

Are you sure about this? I have exemptions for f1 to 3 and was going to waiver all to get the diploma. Confirm please, how certain are you?

Once they see a lot of card trips being cancelled by either u or clients. They will deny u access to cash trips for a while and start giving u card trips for like a week or two,b4 they put u back on cash trips.... That's the new development from taxiy. I don't know wen u visited their office last... I went for retraining recently. And they gave me a lot of hints.

Ive not been there since onboarding. Ive started getting cash trip again btw

Taxify isnt giving me cash trips, i confirmed it using my friends to request. Card enters, cash goes to another driver..not that i care if its cash or card but its very unlikely to meet campaign targets on card trips alone.. Bleep u taxify! Im in the center of the tomato farm and i cant pluck

NB: I dont know whether anyone is monitoring the trend which is fast becoming interesting. I have been following express entry since late 2016 and over the period through 2017, I have noticed that information about Express Entry- that started in 2015- is fast becoming more and more popular amongst young workers (age advantage), highly educated (with masters) and wicked IELTS scores at the first attempt, both in Nigeria and worldwide, who are constantly diving into the pool with wickedly high CRS and with better understanding of what opportunities awaits them in Canada against the zero chances that they have at home.

The implication of this is that the CRS cutoff will increasingly become difficult to drop (as I suspect that the cutoff is being determined by graphing) unlike 2017 when the popularity of EE wasn't so a household thing as it is now (I may be wrong though)

Virtually every young and not so young professional and office worker in most offices in Nigeria have heard about the EE process, check out the crowd on IELTS test days, then you will understand what I'm saying.


Please help proffer a likely way forward to my scenario!

You're absolutely right. People are diving in with wicked scores and it doesn't look like draws will go below 440 anytime soon.
I'm going to rewrite IELTS to at least boost my 435 to 441 if i can max all modules. 441 is definitely more likely than 435.

Those guys are just hungry. I ended trip and dropped rider off to another driver, she was magnanimous enough to add 1k to the fare. These guys were talking of 100k fine when we got to their lot. Its me they want to use to buy land.
