Batman Knightfall part 1 is spectacular. I stopped watching DC animated films for a while because they started releasing below average films. I'm not a fan of the tomorrowverse and films like Batman Hush, Killing Joke, Injustice were a disappointment to me. But I saw the reviews for Knighfall and I decided to check it out yesterday and I can say this is a return to form for DC animation. This is as good as The Long Halloween, Under the Red Hood, Justice League War and other great DC animation we used to get back in the day. Top shelf. I highly recommend. 9/10 5 Likes |

Rest in peace Peter Cullen 🙏 The legendary voice of Optimus Prime. He made me fall in love with those Transformers movies back in the day. https://x.com/HeyitsmeUzi/status/2092981895952728253?s=20 1 Like |

BlackManta:I finished Demon Slayer last weekend. What an experience! It's one of the best anime I've ever seen. And I'm not even an anime person. So far, I have seen - Attack on Titan - Naruto - Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood - Erased - Death Note - Demon Slayer Please I need anime recommendations. Something as good as Demon Slayer or better. There was some hype around JJK and Solo Leveling. Are they good? 2 Likes |

TemporaryHansel:@the emboldened That is exactly what they are doing. Robert Downey Jnr is getting $100m The Russo Brothers are getting $70m We don't know how much other returning actors like Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth will get but it's most likely going to be their highest payout from Marvel. The movie has a big cast. The old X-men actors are also coming back. Ian Mckellen, Patrick Stewart, James Marsden and co. All of them will want big salary. Nothing less than eight figures. The studio will probably need $250m+ to settle all their actors before you add production budget plus marketing. Avengers Doomsday is the biggest movie of all time in my opinion. |

Honestly I'm against this show because I believe DCU should focus on making more movies and less TV. But after seeing Lanterns, I'll give this a chance. 1 Like 1 Share

I love Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan in Lanterns. Kyle's Hal Jordan could definitely do something like this. 2 Likes

Season 1 was 2023 Season 2 is 2027 Four years to produce and release 8 episodes is insane. This is why I love Invincible. Even with the mid animation, at least they feed us every year with new seasons.

ESPN ranked the world's best strikers. Victor Osimhen came in at 9th place. This is what they came up with: 1. Harry Kane 2. Kylian Mbappé 3. Erling Haaland 4. Ousmane Dembélé 5. Julián Álvarez 6. Lautaro Martínez 7. Kai Havertz 8. João Pedro 9. Victor Osimhen 10. Hugo Ekitike Osimhen should be 6th on that list. Ranking Pedro, Alvarez and Havertz above him is criminal. But then again, he's the only striker on that list that does not play in Europe's top 5 leagues. 2 Likes

Phant0mStranger:I hope this movie will be released in theaters worldwide. It's a shame that Zack Snyder who is hailed as a "visionary director" by his fans has not released a movie in theaters in the last 9 years. |

I just finished watching Demon Slayer S1 and Mugen Train. Top tier anime. I've heard about Demon Slayer since 2020. I don't know why I ignored it until now. 7 Likes

This X-men cast is a bit underwhelming 😭 I thought Cailee Spaeney was down to play Rogue, instead we ended up with the girl from Obsession Cyclops is supposed to be a leader in the X-men but the person they cast is not giving that energy. They cast an unknown actress to play Storm. When Jayme Lawson is available and she's only 28 and could play the role for 10 years or more. The X-men cast from early 2000s is better than this. They had Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and prime Halle Berry as Storm with Patrick Stewart and Ian Mckellen. Generational castings. 1 Like

oyaskii:I don't know why they had to copy the Kingpin dead family backstory from Into the Spiderverse. You can simply have Doom be the usual big bad and it would still make sense. Anyways... December 18 I'll be seated |

[quote author=BlackManta post=140325391] how were you chosen for this shot? Was there a test?” “It’s only one question: Are you afraid?” “And you said… no?” “I did. Every kid’s worst fear is losing a parent. Once that happens… there is nothing to fear anymore.” ------- This Lanterns might end up becoming the best comic book series we've had since Penguin. 1 Like |

X-Men 97 Season 2 A downgrade from an incredible first season. The season started strong. Episodes 1–4 were excellent and felt like a continuation of everything that made Season 1 great. Then the show started going downhill. We got a few filler episodes, the writing became less engaging, and the finale was....underwhelming. By the halfway point, I felt like I was watching a different show. It was almost as if the person that wrote episodes 1-4 left and someone else took over. Not impressed. 6/10 2 Likes |

Hohenheim:He's sticking to the plan. Which is the right thing to do. I remember how the old WB regime got cold feet and ruined DCEU after BVS underperformed. David Zaslav is not going to repeat those mistakes.
