I had a similar situation just before I got married. I was searching for a new flat, I needed something bigger than my one bedroom self contained apartment.

Through an agent I met a guy who took me to the landlord of a beautiful 2bedroom flat. it was exactly what I wanted. But he(the guy) said that he has been living there and wants to move out in about 2or3 weeks. That after I paid I can move into the house while he would arrange himself and move out in 2or3wks.

I paid moved in while he put all his belongings into the second room. Nearly 2months after the guy was still there. As I was planning my wedding I let him know that he has to make arrangement and move out. The guy was like he wouldn't disturb me but keep to his room when I bring home my wife.

I had to give him a deadline and threaten to collect the balance of my rent from the landlord and abandon the house for him if he doesn't quit by the deadline. That was how he left and went to squat somewhere else.

so he was 10yrs when he started? tell me another story.

I have said it before, this administration talks and acts first then thinks later.

The CBN under Emefiele has been flip flopping on the Forex policy. Do they know the damage their pronouncements have caused. with lots of people in panic rushing to withdraw money from the banks mentioned?

Why not first send an internal warning with a deadline.. Does the CBN want to claim ignorance that it only realized yesterday that more than $2billion is sitting in the vaults of these Banks or are they trying to shift blame? To appear blameless before our Emperor?

I will not be surprised if tomorrow this same CBN will come out to deny the statement they released earlier. (na their way)

Good point....but you can't have all raw materials in your country, and all technology.

There should be a study to know products which raw materials are available in the country our it's substitute before restricting such from fires. This is cause an inward investment in these raw materials. There should also be grants and waivers in place for companies to utilize local materials in production.
