abbey621: It is you who is trying to make a point where there's none! I laugh at your reverend fathers/sisters/monks example, do you want to know why I laugh? It is simple, you've indirectly proved my point that homosexuality is by choice because those people you mentioned chose to live their life that way. You also mentioned population problem, so are you advocating that homosexuality is a plan aimed at reducing the world's population? No my friend the world's problem is not overpopulation but greed, we have more than enough resources! Enough of this dribble dabble, if my statistic is wrong, show me proof! In a world of 6 or 7 Billion, are you saying we have more than 6 million barren humans? Once again we are meant to reproduce those who can't are abnormalities , God created all humans but he didn't create Adam to mate with Adam, he created Adam and supplied him with Eve, case closed! Apparently u didnt get my point. Let me reiterate it for u more clearly: God didnt create everyone to reproduce! Thats my point. Not everone is bound to give birth or be a parent. For some its a physical impossibility and others are precluded by reason of religion or culture. So u simply cant validate human existence by reason of reproduction And further if we must rely on your reproduction theory, the fact that gays go on to adopt/surrogacy simply tells u that these are not a people that will ordinarily choose not to reproduce, as it were. Therefore it has to be biological |

Franzinni: Even the beast in the wilderness are not gay, how come human beings claim to be born that way? I mean if you say to be gay is okay then to be a pedophile is ok too because many of them claim they were born that way too... Let us not kid ourselves they learnt to be so .. I am a proud homophobe!!! But I say no to violence tho... Have u been to the wilderness before? |

abbey621: No I'm not talking about abnormalities here, look at the percentage of people who are infertile or barren and compare it to those who aren't. I would say we have less than a 1 in 1000 ratio. But for gays it is 100% ratio, how do you go into something with a 100% chance of failure, once again it is not natural! I'm once again directing you to the holy books as a source of reference, until somebody proves to me that those references were by mistake or in error, I will continue to believe that one of God's main purpose for putting us on this planet is to grow and multiply. You jumbled up different issues just in order to arrive at your predetermined conclusion. Also your statistics are wrong. Infertility is not as rare as u think. Also, if u say God created everyone to reproduce, then u must tell us who created those who cant? Even in the bible there are cases of infertility...then there is the case of reverend fathers/sisters/monks. are u saying God didnt create them too or they are also part of the "abnormalities"?? Besides, look around u, the world is not suffering from population problem. Rather population explosion and how to manage the meager resources is man's biggest problem! So your reproduction theory does not hold water. |

abbey621: Do you have scientific proof that it is not a choice but compulsion? I know one thing for sure, if God created them that way then for sure he would have made it possible for them to reproduce naturally. They can't reproduce, they battle so many health complications and so on, So tell me what would happen if majority of the human race decided to be gay? After all it is in all the holy books that we were put on this earth to multiply or was that just written by mistake? Are you then saying that anyone who cant reproduce wasnt created by God? How about infertile people or people with medical complications? Surely if God's sole aim of creating humans was reproduction, then these people should not exist Or did they "choose" it too |

Was just thinking if all gays stay in the closet, that means most women will be married to gays without knowing. Many people's dads will be closeted gay in the future. Acidosis: Mr Ayade is a stu.pid man, he has no reason or power whatsoever to stop prayers in PRIVATE schools.
This kind of guts motivates me to break rules. If I have the cash, I would go to Calabar, establish a Private school, hold morning and afternoon prayers and NOTHING will happen.
Trying to mimic the WEST out of stupi.dity. Who misinformed AYADE the local wannabe governor that students don't pray in Canada, UK, India, South Africa, Germany, Italy, China, just to mention a few?
Why are we so stupi.d in this part of the world?
The man should be wise enough to know the NATIONAL ANTHEM is a prayer, a typical form of prayer
"...Oh God of creation : Direct our noble cause: Guide our leaders right: Help our youth the truth to know: In love and honesty..." For someone advocating prayers to the almighty, your outbursts of hate and insult just goes to show the hypocrisy in the nigerian system. |

Nigeria is a secular state, not a christian/ muslim country. Its high time we start emphasizing this
If they must pray, let them recite the 2nd stanza of the national anthem |

What exactly is Amaechi's sin? I guess he did not bow to impunity.
When Emperor OBJ decided to punish Amaechi after PDP primaries in connivance with Maurice Iwu and Celestine Omeha, some of you shallow minds were also shouting around in Rivers state that Amaechi was Judas...However the supreme court was clear the he was no Judas rather OBJ and co were the Judas. GBAM!! Those who hate amaechi are only angry because the corrupt and utterly useless PDP was dethroned shamefully. The President knows who he wants to work with, so if they fail to confirm the person, they cant come out tomorrow to blame Buhari! Lets stop wasting time cos our economy is already falling flat.

[[s]quote author=Seungrandfather post=39461362]I was just watching a documentary about the war in Yemen and watched with utter sadness as people recount their ordeal about how they are suffering. A man brought his wife who was hit by shrapnel when their home was hit by shelling to the hospital. The most painful part is that the man said they have not eaten for over two days and the wife is heavily pregnant and her due dates is only days away. War is bad!!! If this war that the Igbo people are clamoring for finally comes I dont think they have the balls to see it through. If they really believe turning Nigeria into another Somaliland or Central Africa Republic or South Sudan or Libya, Syria they should think twice because war bring nothing but suffering and untold hardship. But if they are hellbent on starting this war they should just revolve it round their place and see if they are ready to face the steep consequence. Think deeply before you act not act before you think!!![/quote][/s] What has all this trash got to do with Kano monarchy?
