Nah, ain't working with first bank. Just felt since d first bank (bn d oldest bank in Nig) has bn able to stand firm through thin and thick; d probability of it going down is very low when u compare it with other banks.

Note: I know little about banking, so pardon my ignorance if I have displayed any. Just stating d obvious (First bank started operations about 23 yrs b4 Union).

My advice bro, don't put ur eggs in one basket in Nigeria o. And if u seriously want ur eggs to be safe in a basket, choose First Bank.

If not for anything, atleast 4 ur heart, heed my advise.

NOTE: Union bank is a very solid bank, but in Nigeria, anything is possible.

You just have to see the doctor anyway.. because there is a lean chance that they will just take you in for surgery even if you have all the money in hand. You will also be needing a day or two to rest after the procedure
According to studies, the side effects are usually not bad and prognosis good..

feeling (4rm mild to severe) pain in my left testi-cle.

A couple of tests were carried out on me, incLuding
a scrotal scan. At d end of it all, I was diagnosed with VARICOCELE, but the urologist said d surgery can be done on a later date.

9 months down the line; d pain is now unbearable
and I think it's high time a surgery is carried on me
to ease d pain.

My questions are;
1. What is d worst side-effect of varicocelectomy you
know?

2. What is d cost of varicocelectomy here in Nigeria?

It takes hours to see my Urologist; I don't want to go
and queue a whole day at the hospital just to know
the cost of d surgery.

Pls help!!!

The cost of this surgery will depend on a number of things: the hospital/surgeon performing, insurance coverage, the type of procedure.

Complications depend on the type of procedure you get: minimally invasive (less complications), radiological or incisional repair. If you get a good surgeon, risks are slight.

Generally: there's risk of: infection, injury to your neurovaculature (nerves, blood vessels) and nearby male organ structures, bleeding, recurrent and persistent scrotal pain, and the use of anesthetics risks.
