B2B, B2C Lead - Sales Support (Preferably in the engineering field and Female Only).

Job Description:
The role of a B2B, B2C Lead - Sales Support preferably in the field of Electric/Civil Engineering within Alcatraz is to provide assistance and maintenance to all equipment's and hardware's on clients site.
Responsibilities:
 Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
 Collaborate with prospective clients to understand requirements and provide sales support to close business.
 Secure and renew maintenance contracts\orders and arrange deliveries.
 Plan and modify products to meet customer needs and Requirements
 Evaluate customer support issues as well as maintain top level positive perception by customers pertinent to organization support structure.
 Provide necessary suggestions on proactive basis to steadily assist positive interpretation.
 Prepare technical samples, designs along with proposals and presentations to capture new business.
 Prepare complex reports and documents to provide supportive technical data retorts to customer requests and Alcatraz Technologies.
 Manage entire communications with client technical departments regularly as requested by customer and company.
 Maintain customer assistance reference guidelines for client contact as well as support information.
 Manage and create new client database
 Create and manage maintenance contract files.
 Review quarterly with all allotted customers to revise service levels as well as open issues.
 Provide clients with status of entire open requests for service improvements and changes.

Job Description
The role of a Technical Support Engineer/Officer within Alcatraz is to provide assistance and maintenance to all equipment's and hardware's on clients site.

Responsibilities
These will include but not limited to:
Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as fixing, troubleshooting, project management of key client projects and any issue relating to equipment's that may occur on daily basis.
Requirements

The preferred candidate should also have some technical sales skills and/or experience.

We are looking out for a candidate with Three - four years of experience.

well it depends on were u dudes applied from which one of u guys applied in london cos accurding to a contact i have in shell he said if u applied from london were only gonna do a telephone interview and those in lagos will be doing the test and then an interview b4 the shell recuitment day so were di du dudes apply from and he said the next stage of mine is that i should b expecting an email from shell at my current status my application under review and changed twice a nd i applied since feb. 2011.

my application status have changed like 2 time now the position title is saying Employment and my application status is saying application Received well i dont knw that that means now but am jst waiting from an email or call from shell as i applied in london and am still in london. any one on this application status we need info any one yea.

7 transcript and ststement of result

ur wace if u passed English will stand as ur proof of English

28 days not applicable till 1 October, i have just submitted my application and i know after 10-15 ill get it

dont add too much stuff it will always anger ur clearance officer
