Will the embassy still issue Visa even after enrollment deadline or the exam one is going to write has passed? Some are asking me to request more time, If I do, I'll miss my exam, I believe the embassy works with the date on the admission letter, the best option I've seen so far is to tell them I will use the application for Winter semester. It seems you applied for studienkolleg if I'm right.... George August University Göttingen?? If it's studienkolleg, if you can't meet up the Aufnahme Prüfung there's no need telling them to give you more time Cox it of no use.. Instead you can explain to them the issue so you won't have to do another interview.. You would only present your new admission letter.

To defer means to shift (or lemme say postpone or carry) ur current admission to a later semester (most times to the nxt semester).

Yes, if u defer, a new admission letter for d nxt semester will be sent to you, which makes ur current admission letter invalid, thereby making you no longer fit/qualified to go for the present/current semester visa application interview.

Depending on ur school, but most schools will send ur new admission letter almost immediately (couple of days or weeks depending on the school policies). Other schools may send it at a later time (a bit late) but definitely quicker and faster than those applying for a fresh admission.

If ur new admission letter comes early enough, u can use it to apply to d embassy immediately the embassy opens for dat semester visa application, which gives you an upper hand to get ur visa early enough. What I really dnt know of or what I'm not too certain of nw is if it is appropriate or acceptable to use ur let's say winter admission letter to apply for visa during summer visa application period, and vice-versa. Just do more findings on dat, although I "think" its possible.

And about not doing interview again yea if you have done your interview before and couldn't meet up because of some reason and if you are lucky enough not to get a rejection then you can mail the embassy why you would like to differ everything to the next coming semester. And the visa application would still be valid upon presentation of your new admission letter to the embassy.

I have a sponsor that is ready to sponsor me, but he doesn't know how he can go about it to get the sponsorship letter in Berlin where he leaves. I explained every information I got here to him on how to go about it, that he should go to the Alien Office in Berlin and get the information needed.

He asked me how do I come about this information, If I stay in Germany. I told him, my friends that are schooling in Germany told me so. Whereas I got the information here. He then said I should get my friend contact in Berlin so he can ask them to explain better how they did theirs during there visa application. That what ever they say he will take it from there.

Please I need anyone Schooling in Berlin that used sponsorship Letter during he/she Visa application to help me explain to my sponsor better .

But what are you booking return ticket for abi you want to dash them your money... Only if you are going to come back to naija any sooner and if not ioon this a return ticket is necessary...

I had my interview and submitted my application on the 11th but I haven't heard anything back yet nor have they contacted anyone on my side or my spouse.

I'm sure they are still reviewing your docs if it's OK .. You would be contacted so will your reference person (family members) also.. Keep the faith high and keep praying..

my wife was also at the embassy for family reunion interview on the 4th of January. Do you get any notification from the embassy about the finalization of the investigation?

After they must have verified your documents...they would then send a mail to you informing you that your verification has been completed.. I got mine too

I must say your visa processing is very fast... In less than 2weeks you had your documents verification and it was finalised.. That's great there's no doubt you would get your visa any moment from now.. So far they didn't request for any other documents from you.... Good luck

No. Your wife has to insure you with her health insurance in Germany. She will have to show them, that she is married now. They can give her a document, that confirms your insurance after your entry in Germany, called Familienversicherung.
