so i sent this guy a eth worth 334$ now he paid me in naira, he paid half 100k he is yet to pay the remaining 100k making the whole money 200k. Here are his details with int'l passport drivers licence etc.

How do i track sum1 via intl pssport or drivers license?

I latter gave the guy the video so binance unblocked his account he has paid half of the money but is reluctant to complete he has refused to answer my call or either chats on whatsapp. I made him do a video with his int'l passport saying if he doesnt pay me any legal action should be taken against him which i have.
I dont know any body that can make use of this info so i can track him and get my balance.

If he has the money, let him pay it to an escrow, then u help him unblock. Once confirmed- escrow pays you, and he has his account with the $300.

i have gotten that one infact i have submitted it to binance, my issue now is that binance said they need a law enforcement officer to fill a link to get the case to the last concequence.

nothng,tho i have a picture of him nd him and his phn number and address but that he didnt send me my money when due binance offered to issue a refund but must be initiated by him depositing 300$ worth of eth for the refund to work or i contact authorities to relate with binance,

You would need to wait till binance finish their investigation, and who needs the police report? You or the other guy? You can walk up to any police station to get a report or forge one if you cant but must be well signed

me but i have done that the police report is to hold the guys account further, now binance requires a law enforcement officer to continue the case i dont know how our police will see this one..

What actually transpired?

i sent him eth worth 300$ after he came online nd confirmed the payment & then i expected my bank alert for my naira nothing, i used an internal transfer bsc to bsc internal transfer on binance network....so ireported the transaction since i cant get mey money from the guy binance locked his account, after 7 days it will be released.....but with police report the locking woulb go on
