Your birth story was similar to mine though I was on General Anesthesia but in my unconscious state I was aware something is wrong with baby.
Immediately I regained consciousness I started demanding for him but I wasn't able to see him until the 3rd day, he was diagnosed of asphyxia and he ended up spending 10 days in the hospital coz of the antibiotics he was being given.

As regards ur question what I normally do is to make sure I urinate before kpekusing, with that I won't have to stand up immediately after doing the deed.

From delivery day I used tomee tippe breastpad and I really enjoyed it... when it got finished, I sent my mum to help me get it but she said it was not in stock so she got Chicco. though the. Chicco absorbed more than the former but I think my breast is reacting to Chicco ooo..it causes itchiness and small rashes...has any mama experienced reaction to breast pad?

I also bought avent washable breast pad but it is wack and big trash. it doesn't absorb. I was soaked seriously

So far I haven't experienced any reaction to breastpad, I just finished evenflo disposable pad but it absorbs faster so am thru with it.

Sorry about that, it's not funny at all. I experienced it throughout my pregnancy period, I used Klovinal twice even Cannesten cream ,I changed pants too ko Jor it just kept coming and going. The last time gynae gave me treatment for it he z I will still experience it coz of the pregnancy hormones and tru to his word it came back.
You can try out beydew 's suggestion.

Sperm contains oxytocin and helps in softening the cervix, it is one of the methods of inducing labour and it will only do that if your body is ready.
It doesn't stop your Dh from ejaculating when you have sex, you won't go into premature labor except the pregnancy is high risk that is when you are advised against sex in pregnancy.
As regards rubbing Ori on ur tummy, I started rubbing from the day I confirmed my pregnancy and it really helped me. My tummy was smooth and always glowing.
