My hospital doesn't accept bodysuit and obese and it's coz of the cord. What they accept is dress, top and shorts.

What the person said is so harsh, some people and their uncultured mouth sha. I remembered a friend telling me then that it is better to be single than married without children, you won't believe this same person is married now and ttc.

@ blessedmum, pls discard dat mixture. Skineal is a steroid nd shld not b used as a daily creame. D long term effect is terrible. Iv seen wat it did 2 my nephew's skin n its not pleasant 2 d eyes. Shea butter n coconut oil is good. No need 4 mixtures.

Yaayyyy! Don't you think the those medications would be too harsh for baby skin. Tetracycline is an antibiotic and our skin has normal bacterial flora that helps protect the skin from invasion, won't this deplete them and expose the skin to infection? Skineal is a steroid cream and should not be used for long periods making it ineligible as a regular cream. I doubt if it's even advisable to use on baby skin. Anyway I believe those in the medical field would add their thoughts, these are just mine.

I was skeptical about it also dats why it took me so long to make it , however it's not a long time use baby Jay has a little rashes on his cheek dats why I want to try it. She also said she used it for her baby he is four months now and he didn't experience any side effects.
Am open to more contributions though.

The problem was that I didn't prepare my mind for after birth pains, even to pass gas or faeces was so painful. .. To even laugh, my Episiotomy site go dey pain me

And No, I'm not stressed. . the only thing I do is to breastfeed baby .. my breastmilk flows very well..

As regards passing faeces what helped me was that I ran away from strong food, what I take mostly is pap and moinmoin, though I have started taking my normal food back.
It's like this Episiotomy pain is similar to CS pain coz I remembered then laughing and coughing wasn't an easy something for me, I had to take it slowly whenever I wanted to do any of the two bt I thank God I can laugh and cough well now.

Not all kids get fever after immunization, my boy received on Monday and didn't get.

Easy does it for postnatal recovery ok! *take warm hugs both of you* for the swollen feet, u still have retained fluids. Drink a lot of water and pass urine frequently, it will go down. If you have episiotomy pains, hot or cold remedy does it for me. Either I use ice to numb the area or I fill my bath tub with hot water and add salt, then soak inside like a bubble bath. These methods gives me absolute comfort. Also, anytime u want to pee, pour water as the pee is coming out so dat u won't av a burning sensation.

Also try and reduce stress. If u re stressed, you won't lactate well and postnatal depression will set in.

Thanks Sis, I have decided to take things easy o no unnecessary stress again, mine is CS recovery so no hard task for now .
I don't have issue with lactating d thing deh overflow sef bt my dear son can suck for Africa. My swollen feet is reducing drastically.

From Episiotomy pains to abdominal pains, swollen feet, general weakness ettcc.. I almost became depressed. . now, that I'm almost healed(say 70%), sudden rise/fall come dey set in

Am not using any drug, am still on my postnatal drugs.
Postnatal depression almost get to me but I got rid of it, I never had swollen feet during pregnancy bt was surprised to see that after giving birth. In all I am grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to experience motherhood.

God unto you alone we trust our faith and hope that one day you will remember us. I am full of tears now, i said before that i don't know how to write or post a comment because of what am passing through. My 4yrs and 6mnths of marriage, ttc with numerous ups and down, hubby with low sperm count not more than 4ml since. I am depressed now since yesterday, praying that this should be that i am dreaming, i don't know what to do now. Went to hospital yesterday cos my af was late with 2wks only for it to come with heavy flow no cramp, getting to hospital did scan and shows that fibroid and cyst has joined in. The doctor said the only remedy is surgery which i know but my fear is where do i get a good surgeon in Lagos since am ttc. Pls help a sister

We welcomed our Prince two weeks ago, exactly a month to our fifth wedding anniversary. If God can increase hubby's SFA from 7ml to over 53ml why won't he do yours. I will celebrate with you and others soon.

I wish I have answer to your question but am still a jjc in this business.
However, when I experienced something similar what I used was breast pump to extract some of the breast, I got relieved. Sorry about the malaria, hope you have som1 to assist you.
