So I missed out on all the years but dat won't stop me from recounting some old memories.
2008.....The year I met my dear husband(i just know dat day dat we met for a purpose)
2010..... The year I graduated from University, any OOUite in the building?
2011.... I went to serve my father land, I rep batch b Eko Corper. That was d year I also z I do to my Crown(love u forever baby)
2012.... The year I finished service and also got my first and present job.
Finally 2016,my year of Laughter and joy.The year I got my Bfp and saw a live baby after two MCs. Can't wait to meet u Lo.

Team September mamas how are we doing ? Its week 34, 33, 32 and 31 for us. How is 3rd trimester treating us?
#3rdtrimesterblues:. Iv had a kind of sour taste in my mouth all week so I find myself "trying to remove the taste by eating" but I stocked my fridge with fruits, so im always snacking on fruits.
There's a myth that if you are carrying a boy you get to eat a lot especially in the 3rd trimester....so eku eating

My naughty Sil is at the hospital! Threatened abortion though her cervix is still closed its only cramps she's feeling with mild bleeding, shes been treating a malaria of 2.2! Yet no relief. Father please take control.

So soo, my people. I finally found the courage to go for my very first ultrasound today, after getting myself worked up over a million blighted ova stories on the internet, since I didn't/don't have a single symptom. In fact I was a nervous wreck and developed a migraine, while waiting for my number to be called. TTC really took it's toll on me. Anyways, we found my lil bubba actively dancing alanta away, oblivious to the worry he/she had put me through. The sonographers really took their time to enjoy the show and eventually just offered me a pic of him/her throwing his/her legs about.

So thank God for everything. A huge weight's off my plate. BUT again, they said my babe's measuring 11weeks + 4days, as opposed to the 12weeks + 4days from LMP..... They say 1 week is not a problem tho, as some people's even measure ahead of the LMP. Well, whatever. I plan to stay joyous!

Now anyways, I think I may have been transfered (don't know if "ported" is still adequate) to the February team. Just when I was warming up to my cappo Sixx and team mates.

Congrats on ur first scan but I ll advice you stick to ur LMP edd if u're sure it's accurate. Mine has always been reading 2wks ahead. In other words I am 30wks today and I went for scan baby's gestational age is reading 32wks and he's weighing 1.9kg despite my not eating o.

Goodmrng my people . It's av tay I visited dis thread oooooo. A lot has happened for good and I give God all the glory.

Ehen, I have been delivered since June of two baby boys (whoop! Whoop!).
My water started leaking d day I clocked 30 weeks, it ws managed in a hosp and babies were brought out @31weeks 4 days. We stayed in SCBU for 3 weeks and were discharged home. Babies and mama are doyin fabulously well.

@captain britneystacy and other team members, sorry av been MIA. But m back and better.
Team August for easy delivery in Jesus name.

Really, I spend up to dat if I want to put orisirisi bt sometimes one has to manage wat's available. Oya make I go check d picture on food thread.

Mamas in the house my girlfriend and I were arguing today if 1k can cook a pot of soup (as we no kukuma get work na . She's a nursing mother and me I'm preggy). She said it can't in this present economy but me I said it can make management soup.

Here's d breakdown

Meat 200 (those ones already cut down 5 pieces for 100 naira)

Ponmo 200

Okporokpo 100 (this time around its not for eating but to give the stock fish aroma to your soup)

Vegetable 100

Tin tomatoes 70

Ground egusi + crayfish 200

Palm oil 100

And voila your egusi soup is ready. At least this will carry you and your dh for 2 days while you seriously discourage people from visiting until things pick up again. And this period you will substitute with other things like rice, beans, sphag, etc.

The babe was laughing at me and calling me alaroro. Me I just told her to stay there and be forming "jand". Everyday is not xmas and there are times when things could get tight. So one needs management skills to tide you over until the booming period again. Abi I lie?

You even spent more than I did dis evening. I cooked vegetable ,here is the breakdown :

I av palmoil at home, it was even more delicious Dan d one I spend plenty money on.

I took it two times during my second trimester ,it was prescribed by my gynaecologist. I didn't experience any side effect d only thing I don't like is d smell.

President Mofe gave me a scare over the weekend. He woke up on Friday with a serious temperature so I gave him PCM (I thought it might just be the stress of his running around lately coz since he started walking, he doesn't rest and sometimes the walks goes with mild falls) and managed him till evening, I also noticed his pooing became excessive as in I had to use like 5diapers and each change comes with poo (I administered Emgly 200mg/5ml which was recommended to control the poo) but this time, the smell wasn't presidential (Have had issues with him pooing like this before and thought it was because he is growing his first tooth but was advised to be mindful of the things he puts in his mouth since he now moves around). For Mofe's sake I mop the whole floor thrice a week to control dirt but the pooing & temperature hasn't stopped + his usual appetite for food is gone + catarrh, all this over the weekend. I'm taking him to the health center this morning but mamas tell me how to handle this from your experience. Una know say I be first timer.

Have you taken him to the health centre now and hope d poo has reduced ? Maybe he's reacting to something he ate or it could be teething, dunno sha jst suggesting am still a Ftm.

Happy Sunday to you all, I am feeling so much pain in my right leg and pain in my left downside of my tommy. I read it in baby center that maybe uterus is expanding. Also ask my docs the man just say I should go to hospital .

Sabi mama, please have you experienced this before. The pain is on and off.... And I will be 18weeks this week.

Sorry abt d pain Sis, I experienced something like dat twice.The first was around 18wks, I couldn't walk properly I was limp Walking. It looked like something was grabbing me at d downside of my left side, I googled it what I got was round ligament pain but mine was just severe,When d pain comes it sometimes takes like 30mins b4 I feel relieved.

The second time I experienced it was around 23wks and dat was my baby at work, baby was resting on a nerve, he was there for a week B4 he shifted and it wasn't a nice experience, couldn't walk, stand, sit nor even sleep properly.
I ll advise u relax ur mind bt u can still go to ur doctor for further assurance.

It's more on my left side for now but people say they feel it more on the right.

I am not walking well.
Then worse still I slept on a stool with my left side, and it seems my waist detached. Like I have dislocation there.

Been limping for 3 days now.

I am tempted to take diflofenac

In all, am thankful.

thanx mam zaynie. went to d hosp but was told to see an ENT specialist which im yet to do though d dr said its not related to my pregnancy.
just help me thank God for my life and dt of my bby. i woke up on mon morning after my post at midnight with severe stomach ache. on getting to d hosp i was diagnosed wt preterm labour then i was 32wks 5days. thaank God i was discharged on wed night. thou i still feel my stomach hardening but dr said its mild contraction and i should continue with my medication. so eager to see my boy but it is worth d wait. abeg take ur time and bake wella. team sept for supernatural delivery
