KINGTELLER: Seun
My greetings to you. It's with great pleasure I minute this important observation to you. I commend your good effort in making the world a global village, since that is what we in IT are born to do.
Nairaland is a great forum and we all are trying to build it to compete with top notch media, but I've notice the abuse of power/priviledges exhibited by some of your moderators. We africans are known to act irrational when conferred with power. Your mod acts as mini gods not knowing that a single tree doesnt make a forest. Banning people simply because they air a view (I dont mean those that incite hate speeches or use vogal languages ) and now twist the Nairaland rule to suit their action. I believe ban should suffix after a caution and not just hacking into a user account without users knowledge (fine you can delete the users quote or comment with warning, not outrightly ban). Baning people without warning connotes users privacy are not secured. It simply means your mod can give his password to God knows who and the person mindles with nairaland users privacy.
There are hackers out there who will want to spoil the reputation of this forum with the way your mod are running the show. I was almost tempted to hack one of your mod account not until I discover he is someone I know.
Please, caution your mods, we all are benefitting from this forum. If a mod mis-act and a complaint is made to you, kindly reply even though its a mono syllabic response.

Strongbest: Like I have said earlier, will like us to play with as many recipes as possible. I will also try to give us the health benefits of each of the recipes, so you know how good and healthy a natural juice can be.
Recipe 1:
Orange...........1 piece
Carrot..............2 pieces
pawpaw.............[papaya] should be times two the size of the orange used
Direction:
*Peel the pawpaw and remove the seeds *scrape the back of the carrots *squeeze the orange to get the juice out of it
Procedure:
a.Drop the peeled pawpaw into the blender
b. Drop the carrot into the blender and set the blender rolling. Continue to blend till everything blends well together.
c.Now, pour the extracted juice from the orange into the mixture and set the blender rolling again for like a minute or two.
At this point, you have a thick juice ready to be served chilled.
You may add a little water to it if you want it more watery................you will only get to see the beauty and sweetness of this juice if you try the recipe your self.
We'll continue to work with fruits that are I know are within our reach to avoid excuses. we'll continue tomorrow probably to a more advanced recipes. yawns....
Thanks. How do we do it without blender? |

pattybf: its nice u r thinking ahead but u ve to remember d kids will soon come by his grace and she will need lots of time to attend to them.
so, u must think of what she can do and still ve time to attend to other things. being a wife n mother, I must tell u it has not been easy being steady in one biz. I have tried my things, in d process neglected d kids when I had no choice.
but thank God, finally I believe I ve found what suit me. it gives me freedom to work while d kids r at school, I even close for d b4 they get home. my weekends r solely dedicated to them, and what's more? the money is coming in.
I am talking abt car registration. many nairalanders r looking for biz while d market for this biz is very large. imagine the number of cars that come into d country daily, which needs to be registered, their papers renewed yearly, drivers of this vehicles get driver license etc.
even though I am still looking for other ways of promoting and branding myself in dis line of biz for maximum success, I must say I am very comfortable at d height I ve reached.
as a lady, I assure u she will do well if she put her mind to it. How can one go into it? |
