back2sender:
Nigeria has a poor health system when compared to those countries you mentioned in your post.

How can you compare your health system with France, Canada, Australia?

In all level of development indices this countries are miles ahead of Nigeria, so we are more at risk than them
There is no such thing as a poor health system when it comes to the Corona Virus. Every country stands equal risk because the virus so far has no cure.

Or is it a different strain of the virus that is in those countries from what they think will come to Africa?

So far all other countries are doing is to Quarantine the infected same way we did during the Ebola scare.

So how are they then better?

There is a difference between both groups. Those countries you listed have the capacity and proven ability to adequately monitor and manage an outbreak such as this. But for a country like Nigeria, our Health Minister is asking Chinese citizens who come into the country to PLEASE quarantine themselves angry
And Australia is doing same. They are asking their citizens coming in from China to quarantine themselves on an island close to Australia first

Those countries have as much ability as we do to contain the virus.

So far The highest infection records come from outside Africa

Do you have the kind medical facilities those countries have, do you have the kind of scientists they have, do you have the kind of high tech they have, do you have the kind of responsive government they have, do you have the kind of border protection and screening they have, do you have the kind of medical emergency systems they have, do you have the kind of epidemic control systems they have, do you have the kind of human monitoring, tracking and trace systems they have? Noooooooooooooo!!! They were even being nice to label us high risk countries. Do you know the virus has a 3 weeks gestation period where no symptoms appear in the infected people? The real label would be to call us an "Umbrella Corps Ground Zero" because if the virus hits our shores there will be a massive epidemic that could kill millions within a few months. Sir, kindly respect yourself this evening please undecided

When they say some of you still have this mental slavery virus you argue it blindly. Just see your mindset displayed in your response without even realizing that WHO is being deliberately selectively biased without providing a list for Europe or the West as well since they are already high risk as i have shown above

u still didn't get the nitty gritty of the article..WHO in Africa is only highlighting Africans countries that are at risk and alerting them to be vigilant....WHO(Africa annex) aren't concerned about what's happening in Europe or america....they are only concerned about Africa
WHO means WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION yet you claim they are not concerned about Europe or the west perhaps those places do not fall into the definition of being part of the WORLD right?

They should also list out the high risk European or Western Countries afterall this was the reason they gave for calling these african countries high risk

WHO has identified 13 top priority countries ( Algeria, Angola , Cote d’ Ivoire , the Democratic Republic of the Congo , Ethiopia, Ghana , Kenya , Mauritius, Nigeria , South Africa , Tanzania , Uganda and Zambia ) which either have direct links or a high volume of travel to China .
European countries also have direct links to China
They also have high influx of their people to and fro China and Chinese also flock there even much more than they do Africa.

Where is the list touching on European or Western countries being high risk too afterall the highest cases of Coronavirus infection cases have been over there and not in Africa which shows they flock more to China than we do and Chinese go there much more than to Africa.

You are the one who missed the nitty gritty of the real gist

zero infection?...bro,update urself coronavirus is already in Africa... ivory coast got it already
I am aware and Ivory coast did superbly to ensure it was contained unlike USA which is already at 6 infections recorded.

This particular virus places the west and Europe as high risk and not Africa

The article said high risk African countries not high risk countries of the world
They should also list out high risk european countries or high risk western countries or are there no countries in Europe or the west where Chinese flock to more than Africa?

Everytime they want to make people feel like Africa is a dangerous disaster about to happen when this particular virus has been busy ravaging the west but somehow their focus is on Africa who have recorded zero infection
HealthRe: Coronavirus: WHO Lists Nigeria, 12 Others As Top-risk African Nations by Blindersoff: 10:04pm On Jan 31, 2020
USA, France, Canada, Australia and Co who have already recorded infections are not High risk. It is the countries with zero infection records these fools felt they would name as High risk.

see how you re confusing yourself. Was it not you that said they wer delivering after the thieves left pdp ?

Now you re asking if they re I.g of police and minster of education.

Is the minister of education a pdp member ? Wgsrs stopping him from stopping the rubbish in the universities?

What's buhari the deliverer doing about police collecting 50 naira from motorists in broad day light?

Your propaganda is dead. Bleep off
Why are you eternally confused.

You said Amaechi and Akpabio were once in PDP and I said write me a these about why they happen to be delivering now unlike when they were in PDP and you began mumbling about police taking bribe and Nepa and Universities and I then asked you.

IS AMAECHI IG OF POLICE or IS AKPABIA MINISTER OF EDUCATION?

Is Akpabio the the minister of Education?

120 billion for this?

They can’t tell me they used the bulk of that money to settle the community boys. 120 billion! No wonder Julius Berger and others refuse to leave a third world country like ours. They just whip up contract sums and pad them well well for ogas at the top!

120 billion! Wtf!
List of work

1) Land reclamation because portions being built over are mostly water

2) Road constructions

3) 3 bridges mostly over large bodies of water

Construction on the kind of terrain Bonny has is different from what may be attainable in your village or state.

These marshy grounds that require massive piles and those are very expensive

Olodo, how old is the NLNG? A company founded in 1993 or thereabout. Let FG pay their part of the counterpart fund.
Olodo FG paid theirs first. Fashola actually had to disturb NLNG before they committed theirs.

A JV is never in effect until both parties physically commit.

Go and read up about Joint Ventures and stop being a nafdac certified Olodo

Oh and by the way the FG is a major shareholder in NLNG and practically owns it

You can only but fool and deceive yourself. NLNG that gave the FG $1.2Billion bailout in 2015 is the one that will owe Julius Berger while the FG that has a history of abandoning it's responsibilities is the one that will comply.

It's just a no brainer. How many projects has the FG abandoned, defaulted and/or cancelled. Now contrast the "character" of the FG against the NLNG which is arguably the most competent and successful company in Nigeria at the moment.

Saying the truth wouldn't kill you. What is 30k that you have to lie senselessly.
Kindly list out the projects the FG abandoned after signing a JV committing themselves to the project?

Also state which FG carried out this abandonment. This one or the previous.

I am waiting for your list
