coogar:Do dey also have to have like 3 kids to get that? |
If you want to make up your own stats, nothing dey. Dont see any balanced number. If you should look closely, they're either Edo, Calabar, some hausa, men.
The P square boy is just an example. Igbo men are very selective and always go for the best the yoruba have to offer but they meet Baba and he is not having it. With dat said majority of Igbo men are married to Igbo women, so the yoruba men can pick up the extras. It seems balanced to me, besides all the yoruba women i know in london are married or deeply involved in interracial relationship with white men. |
LOL Is that so? Seriously, no wonder why the Igbo guys on this thread just dey vex. An extension of igbo is better than an actual Igbo? If I'm getting that correctly. Like I said, we're more than happy to spread. our women tends give birth to multiple births, who are often male.
If u look properly in cities like Lagos u will find a lot of Yoruba girls are married to Igbo men with the exception of the many whose parent refused. Yoruba fathers don't like their daughters marring Igbo men for reasons best known to him but very quick to accept a igbo daughter inlaw. Besides Igbo men love to marry their own women in most cases. Really the number of Yoru-igbo marriages is nothing for any group to be worried about becos it is balanced and not that much but significantly with igbo women and yoruba men. |
KDULAR:U really need to stop fancying urself and understand their is a husband rush these dayz and if u present urself and meet the criteria then poo happens. A man is a man and alot of these igbo women were born in environment with a lot of yorubas, so the yorubas are seen as an extension of igbo. |
jason123:And if dey do? |
So it's now time to turn the heat on Yoruba ladies after insulting your igbo women. ![]() I've yet to see one yoruba lady complain. If you want to complain for us, plz do so. Even tho onlytruth is saying that yoruba women can still take back those yoruba men from Igbo women if they want. Unfortunate result of polygamy
so true! |
I don't see why the Igbo men on this forum care exactly who the OP marries. OP can do wat she likes and enjoy or suffer the consequence alongside her family. |
Sweety, Yoruba men do the same thing with every tribe esp Edo and Calabar chics (for their sexuality prowess). But if you're trying to say that yoruba men knows that money is the way to an Igbo girl's heart, I wont argue. You should really ask your Non-igbo and non-Yoruba friends. I've encountered the same thing, maybe they're too caring
No, these men deliberately seek out igbo girls and am not saying they don't date other non igbo but igbo is a priced catch above all others. |
ROTFLMAO!!! What a bunch of loser. I'm sure bliss4lyfe is lusting after one Yoruba dude. I'm guessing he's in politics
The yoruba men sell their heart and wallet once dey find out your igbo. Something about Igbo always make them want a serious relationship and to settle down even wen most times the Igbo girl is no match for certain of their yoruba women. If he is loaded or has good prospect why not? |
Why is this on the front page. na wa ooooo! OP, U are an attention seeker. ![]() |
^^Please support dis claim with evidence becos the GEJ episode is still very fresh in my mind. |
The duties of the Vice President, outside of those enumerated in the Constitution, are at the discretion of the current President. In effect the VP can be constitutionally authorised by parliament to exercise the powers of the President in event of the President dispensation. |

Kobojunkie:Very personal indeed. U need education on the Federal political system becos u clearly are clueless about the command structure. U come on this site to talk about the powers of the V President wen the President is fully in position. U can carry on your education from NORTHERN YOUTHS. ![]() |
Kobojunkie:Eureka!! Ain't u the cleaver one. VP powers are limited and in most cases maintain a low profile. But not with the northerners. This time, he has to do the job of the President and the President maintains a low profile. The North have to be put back in it's place. Nigeria does not need dem but dey need Nigeria and should be grateful so far. |
Story, Story. na today! |
LMAO!!Nigeria does not belong to the North and President from other regions do not always have to hand power back to the North. We are slowly getting prepared for the potential break up of Nigeria in 2015. The North like every other region will have to wait for power to return after other regions have had a fair chance at address the issues taht affect us all. |
No Second Term For Non-performing Govs - Pdp Olusola Fabiyi, Abuja The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Kawu Baraje, has said the party will not give its ticket to "non-performing governors" and other elected officials to run for second term. advertisement Baraje said this when he received Gombe State Governor, Ibrahim Dankwambo, at the party's national secretariat in Abuja on Wednesday. He said only those who performed among its elected officials would be given an opportunity to run again. Baraje said the result of the April general elections had shown that the electorate was more sophisticated and might not vote for elected officials that did not do well during their first tenure. He said Nigerians were prepared to vote out any political party that refused to live up to its campaign promises. Baraje said, "We want to know how you are performing. We want to assess how you are performing so that we will be able to assess you and put you forward or otherwise in the next election, because the electorate has developed to that level. "The awareness of the electorate today has got to the level that any political party in Nigeria in 2015 that does not perform; that doesn't have anything to show from its manifestoes, will fail." He said the party's mechanism of assessing its elected officials had been strengthened to an extent that at any given period, assessment sheet would be given to its political office-holders. Dankwambo said the state was a "one-party state," regretting that there was an intra-party crisis among members of the party in the state. He urged members of the party to come together to stop the opposition from winning any election in the state.http://odili.net/news/source/2011/oct/14/821.html |
Focus on North devt, not 2015, youths tell Sambo Segun Olatunji, Kaduna The Arewa Youth Forum on Thursday kicked against Vice-President Namadi Sambo's alleged ambition to succeed President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015, advising him to focus on the development of the North. advertisement The northern group said the VP, as the highest political office holder from the North, should take it as a challenge to tackle the problem of poverty and under-development plaguing the region. The AYF National President, Alhaji Ibrahim Gunjugu, who read the group's communiqué at the end of its meeting in Kaduna, said if Sambo did not focus on developing the North, his rating among the people would diminish. According to him, this may result in his loss of acceptability within the political class, traditional institutions, women, peasants and youth groups across the 19 northern states and Abuja. Gunjugu said, "It must be noted that virtually all the respected traditional rulers, the clergy, political class and others in the region have attested to this fact. We held an emergency meeting regarding the political situation in the country and most importantly the northern region. This is coming on the heels of the ongoing controversy over the Presidency in 2015. "That the issues surrounding the so-called presidential ambition of Namadi Sambo are more than meets the eye as it was purportedly showcased by the promoters. We say this in the sense that it is a combination of mischief and semblance of goodwill to cause political crises in the country, starting from the North by riding on the back of mobilising support for the VP. The political feud between former President Olusegun Obasanjo and his deputy, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, started from issues of this kind and the rest is history today. "From the foregoing, it is glaring that the vice-president is in short supply of thinkers and running out of expertise on how to manage the ongoing political intricacies and those of the future which are certain but in dire need of deciphers to carry on the challenge for the Vice President's unflinching support to his principal President Goodluck Jonathan, which evidences shown that he is truly committed to." He added, "The Vice President must look inward thoroughly and squarely, because at the end of every challenge attributions of failure or success and that of posterity will only be referred to his person first, and that is why it is said that leaders must be firm and resolute in breaking ground and making decisions. "He should as a matter of urgency review his politicking and take adequate steps needed in redeeming his image, and strategies of overcoming political bombs being planted in his political routes because recent happenings' have shown clearly that much has not been done, while much talking has taken place to only appeal to individual interests on the altar of serving both country, President Goodluck Jonathan and the VP by those supposed to weather the storm and halt mischievous intrusions." But the Special Adviser to the VP on Media and Public Affairs, Alhaji Umar Sani, said Sambo was not nursing any presidential ambition in the 2015 election. Sani told the Hausa Service of the Voice America monitored in Kaduna on Thursday that the vice president, just like his boss, President Jonathan, was preoccupied with how to tackle issues of national development. "It was all the work of mischief makers. At no time did the issue of 2015 and the vice president's ambition was discussed during the said meeting in Kaduna," he said.http://odili.net/news/source/2011/oct/14/823.html |
