Sounds like propaganda until the case is actually instituted. FCT residents don't have two heads to be hold veto power over other citizens of Nigeria. Their case will be thrown out. All the justices of the appeal and supreme courts are indigenes of certain states and you can take it to the bank that none of them will ever accept the wrong interpretation that voters in their own states are inferior to FCT residents.

2) Peter Obi was impeached in November, 2006 but he went to court and won in February 2007 but the judgement was legal

3) Peter Obi also went to court to extend his tenor in court so that he could spend his 4 year tenure. He also won that case but the judgement was fantastically legal

How do you think what you type on twitter gets to their Server? I'll give you a clue, it doesn't get there directly, it also carries a lot of other information you are not aware of.

Even without unlocking your phone, all your twitter and Facebook activity can be traced and recreated.

Quick story as to how easily information is being collated and used. Not mobile phone related but the same technology regardless.

About 15 years ago, a few Islamic terrorists detonated a bomb at Glasgow (or was it Edinburgh) airport.

They then drove away before the police could catch them. Unfortunately for them, someone noted their number plate and gave the police.

The police didn't even bother to start a search for them to stop them immediately because they were worried they might have more bombs in their car and would denotate them and kill innocent people nearby if stopped in a high density area.

They just used ANPR (Vehicle registration number recognition system) to continue to monitor them until they had driven about 4 hours away and were on a motorway (which they had discreetly closed to other traffic) to stop them abd easily arrest them.

Bear in mind traffic related technology are at least 4 or 5 years behind mobile phone ones.

Don't be fooled, you are leaving a footprint of dirts every time your phone is on.

Getting phone number of twitter user is as good as getting access to twitter backend.
Even fbi usually finds it hard to subpoena to get such access.

If it's from a mobile phone, they can get the imei of the phone and from there, get the phone number registered with the phone.... Technology is fully advanced....if u like, go post false news about person thinking say them no go fit track or trace you...

Not sure if our authorities have that to hand yet but in advanced countries, they can tell you the telephone mast that you were nearest to when you posted the tweet.

They can then, easily actually, tell you in what direction your phone was moving after or before you tweeted based on the phone pinging other telephone masts along the way.

Incredibly, they can also at the click of a button, find out which other telephones were moving in the same direction as you.

You will then have to prove you did not send the tweet because you were not in the area your phone was, your friends and family that were moving with you too would have to prove you were not together.

Fear technology or stop using a mobile phone.
