refrigerating the leaves is same as refrigerating the juice. U store it by buying plenty, spread them on the floor of your kitchen store. you can get it fresh for abt 4days before it dries up. make sure you use it all up though.

Commend the love. I've been TTC for over 3yrs,I finally got a bfp for the 1st time in Oct but lost it @ 5wks and some days. We have low sperm issues ,about 2million so, that pregnancy was really a miracle but God knows best.
We are thinking of trying again once I see AF. The doc says I'm ok but I was wondering if I should go for progesterone or Hormonal tests to make sure that progesterone deficiency wasnt the cause of the first one .Today ,Monday is my day 22. What do you mamas think ? I just want the next pregnancy to stay to term by Gods grace . God bless us all

it could be genetical factor ma since you said your dh has sperm issues or a chemical pregnancy. you are perfectly okay and the God who did it initially will give you d one that will stay.

I'm Super excited today. I went for 4d scan today and I'm 99% TEAM BLUE (It's a BOY).

From my calculation based on LMP I should be 16w5d. But 4d showed 17w1d, meanwhile the first ultrasound scan I did was in line with my calculation.

Anyways I'm so happy... Seeing my prince today just made the bond stronger, I can't wait to meet him.

Me sef dey get funny taste in my mouth plus nausea, what helps me with taking fluid now is fruit tea sweetened with honey then ice chilled, since it's caffeine free, it's very safe in pregnancy .
Try your best to take fluids, it's very necessary too.

I got mine in a big pharmacy in Umuahia. ph is a big city look for a big known pharmacy in ph and ask them for letrozole or femara. some pipo has it but dont know its what you re refering to. tell them you need letrozole for breast cancer.
