That's how Nigerian journalist and blogger will over hype this guy now till he unexpectedly lose form due to pressure to impress.
Osimhen exploits are still being celebrated.

So how do u expect this one to just fade away like that?

U think it's the food u ingested yesterday? That would have digested and turned to poo?

How will the change of National Anthem help the country?

Just diverting people's attention
Just sing it and watch how the price of petrol, diesel and gas crash.

Infact, insecurity will cease to exist once we start singing it in public

The match was too hot.
The speed at which those players were on eh.
Like everyone was on steroids.

Especially those Atalanta players.
They no dey give space for the other team.
Before u run 5 metres they don block u collect ball or trip u.

Before Atalanta player go run 10 metres Leverkusen players too don block collect ball.

Na who reach front make use of opportunity win.

Na there lookman triumph over others.

The 3 goals were scored in such a manner that even his team players thought they were dreaming and so ended up celebrating late each time the ball went in.
In fact his 3rd goal was so stunning that his teammates in the box 18 just stood still for a second in awe

I saw that game. Very quality goals from Demola. It's a huge showcase for him. Many top clubs will bid for him this Summer. It's a huge plus for the super eagle. The British media are already claiming he developed in Charlton academy. Thank God he's already playing for Nigeria, dem for nationalize him like they did to saka and solanke. UK media are so bias. Chaii.
I saw many comments frm foreigners claiming he grew up in UK or something.
Like I was wondering why the obsession with with his origin. So many like that in the comment section of most of the highlights I watched on YouTube

This rubbish can’t happen in the developed world.
There’s no rule of law in Nigeria. Simply because some thugs beat some men in uniform, you now close an entire shopping complex where law abiding citizens conduct there legal businesses. Nigeria is a shame. What is the function of our elected president. MR President pls call this rascals to other. Let the soldiers go and occupy Sambisa or Zamfara Forest not Banex plaza.

Okay
Precher of Love
Helping, assisting without expecting in return is different from lending out in agreement and expecting back in return. They are two different league.
I might not have given that much if he had come for assistance. But its fine.

I hope i find the courage to let go.
I like the title, preacher of love.
Lending out in agreement is not something I believe shud occurr between friends( of cos it can be verbal agreement) but it's not to be used in a threatening way when ones friend defaults.

It's just that the economy is a mess and we all need money. And we are all different in the way we deal with things.

But u see, years frm now that amount u have out will be chicken change.

Like Nas rapped in the song with rakim and krs1:

It's one life to live, so live it the best you can
The world could use one less man
Not enough air, not enough car factories
To manufacture new vehicles, sedans and vans
When they do make the whip you like, your chips ain't right
By the time you could afford it, the car ain't important. . .

Well said.
Im touched anyways.

I'm human, I would have shown mercy if he had communicated. The way the whole issue spanned out is what's making me seriously angry. We discussed extensively. More like I gave him 60% of the whole amount I had with me then. It was just me trying to help a colleague hurriedly likewise others that supported. And his reasons was that he had the money just that he have issues with his bank that needs to be sorted.

Anyways, I will count my losses but there will be no next time.
Ur explanation this time is much clearer.
And I see where ur coming frm.

It's more or less the pains he has caused u than violation of trust.

People make up the most believable stories to get what they want.

Usually, it's safer to give what u have and tell the person that that's all u can give.

But anyway it the deed has already been done.
U can send him messages that u want to know what the issue is and that ur not asking him to pay immediately. Then rally round to tell others to chill.
If he responds pls find a way he can pay back in bits convinent for him.

If he doesn't, leave him to God.

Peace.

I applaud u for showing the human side of u.

Honestly, I applaud u. And I wish I the best financially.

But I beg u. Don't change.

Even if someone comes with lies and beha for money, u can challenge his lies and still give him something. Any amount u can do without.

As regards the lapses in communication:

Let me say this: av been there before.
U may not know how many people he is owing or if he is depressed.... Or better still: if he is mature enough or in the right frame of mind to understand that perhaps calling u to explain things is the best way out.

What if u forgive him but others don't?

U get my point?
Crime › Re: Who Knows This Dude, He Scamed His Colleagues At Work And Resigned. by blowjohn(m): 9:31am On May 21, 2024
If u have a good orientation about life, u will never flinch when someone goes away with ur money that u lended out to him.

Not money stolen.

But money u willingly gave out.

This is deep.

U were at a better state than him when he came for help.

Why not remain the bigger man.

What is money.... Small money that u shud lose sleep over?

I have people owing me money for years.
Av never called them. But moved on.

Am not a millionaire.

Infact if I ever see them again, I'll buy them lunch and still be friends as if nothing ever happened.

Understand that money is vanity and showing love by helping without thinking about collecting back is one of the highest form of humanity.

Una go just they threaten fire and brimstone like say ma billions the guy borrow.

I once bought dinner for a guy who stole my phone back in school.
He got caught a second time and confessed he stole mine.

While other people were threatening to beat him up, I protested and still bought him food.

He approached me afterwards and said he will never forget me. Whether it was a sincere thing, I don't know. Haven't heard frm him since. Been 12 years .

To what end?

I ask u guys: to what end?

Show mercy, that God may also show u mercy.

Peace.

You are wrong please.
I had to put out there out of anger and violation of trust. He ran away with our earn money all in the name of pleading for help.
How much be the money wey u dey para like this?

I hate it when people go after people because of small money.

It's not like he stole frm u.

Na una give am.

People like u are the type that will bicker over 5k.

What he did is wrong but do u know the mess and debt he's been in?

Una go dey do like say money na everything.

Are u not bigger than the money u lent out to him?

Abeg shift.

Look at ur excuse: violation of trust!!!

Not because he has caused u pains o lol.

Oga, better move on.

God rewards those who show mercy.

Have a better view about money.
