It seems Miss South Africa isn't about nationality it's about ethnicity and culture. You're not a real South African unless you're part of these particular ethnic groups. It's seems pretty doable if the vast majority of the people there are one particular ethnic group. The situation was similar in the past with other states whose petitioned to create a new State..I don't know what the demographics are there 🤔. My advice to anyone supporting the effort should be to do polling in the area. Only include places where you get 66-70% support. Anything less than that leave them out before it throws off the margins. A 2/3 majority is a high bar to clear. |

Read the constitution for yourself for better understanding. (b) a proposal for the creation of the State is thereafter approved in a referendum by at least two-thirds majority of the people of the area where the demand for creation of the State originated; |

MossadAgent: MossadAgent:State creation effects every state so everyone can comment on it. If you read your constitution you would know it has to be approved by NASS and requires a referendum in the area seeking to become a state. |
