It's just for a season. Even at Lille, with the season halted with his team in 4th, he was gonna play Europa next season.
His only chance is if he bags a move to a UCL bound team now probably in England (as he prefers the EPL no doubt but is weighing his options carefully) or another of the top 5 leagues but it looks like he may have to skip UCL football for now and fight to return there in his second season with Napoli if or when he eventually makes his move to Naples official.

Meanwhile another report from inside Italy is quoting 40million for Osimhen and 25 million for Gabriel. A combined 65 million euros for both. Well, negotiations are on and Osimhen is expected in Naples with his reps and agent to look at the whole package and decide.

I also understand he is a little hesitant as he still prefers England but all the same he is expected in Naples as Napoli are really in for him.
