So lazy that you all are doing permuations finding a good position for him The truth is that is laziness and unseriousness is costing him huge time He is okay with sitting on the bench and collecting salary Very mediocre and inconsistent |

Kog45: Finidi George na street o and understand the game wella.I disagree that Chuckwueze and Simon excessive dribbling was due to street mentality....Emma Olisadebe was damn street footballer who played jeun jeun football in the streets of Ilorin but within two years he led Poland to World Cup.Sunday Johnson was a street footballer in Kaduna but came down to Ilorin and in a year made Nigeria Sydney 2000 Olympic team as only outfield player.Injury failed him during Ajax trial.Emma and Sunday are friends who didn’t have any academy training but are solid footballers with sense of modern football....Street or no street, footballing mentality is in built and left for individual to harness his potential to the fullest.Remeber Simon Moses was unplayable during 2008 WC qualifiers.
I agreed academy harness and bring good quality in a player with basic things but notwithstanding we still have guys out there who are real crosser of the ball and highly intelligent....a young chap told me Olosunsun playing ground shaped Osimehn Baba you could only mention a handful Now compare that to all the past and present winners of ballon D'or as well as its nominees who were trained by respective European club academies Ebony you know say na true I dey talk Okay, if your child was given the option to either train in Arsenal's youth academy in England and a street in Ajegunle Lagos, choose Ajegunle. Please I want to check something |

COOL10: Even Victor Moses' biggest critics know the truth. They can't argue about his performance especially when he played as a winger.
Whenever I saw that guy in the starting lineup for the Eagles, my mind would immediately be at rest. He could single handedly change any game. Whenever he got on the ball, you knew something exciting was gonna happen.
He knew when to dribble, when to pass, when to shoot, when to fall down in the box and roll twenty times just to get a penalty , and he also knew when to cross. THE BASICS!!!. That's something that majority of our current wingers lack.
Just look at the games against Cameroon and Algeria. Look at how he embarrassed their defenders. The closest thing we have right now to a Victor Moses is Ademola Lookman, but he's yet to live up to it in the National team colours. I remember when.people here called chuks "next arjen robben" and I kicked against that tag I saw from that time that his unintelligent was not something he could easily outgrow They tagged me dark as usual Thank God everyone is starting to see it |

Meliforme: So singlehandedly running from defence to attack doing wonders, makes him a fantastic player? even at that, cite two instances were those has happened, i can recall one, and the circumstances that led to it, under similar circumstances, we have better runners, better dribblers and better finishers in our current wingers than we have in Victor Moses.
The current S.E setup, is making our wingers produce less than they would. Loll I doubt you saw him play bro Victor Moses is one of our most intelligent wingers in recent times Dude knew how to cross a ball to save his life |

Emmy450: An example is SAKA,. Close your eyes and Imaginee if saka grew up from the street of Lagos, delta, abambra etc,. Do you think the level of football knowledge he has from the street would in anyway be of same level of that of an arsenal academy ? Exactly Street football is a hit and miss style to learning football It's not comprehensive neither is it taught by experts. One just learns on the fly and pucka up bad habits -whether good or bad For example, Chuks excessive dribbling is a street mentality. Same with Simon moses too If our wingers were properly taught in a well funded academy, their decision making will be better. Just look at Vic Moses, Osayi Damuel and the likes |

Baddestguyp: you're not really making sense tbh You say AOT is not for you...of course because you were hating on it even before you watched it...
You can't stand the fact that people hype it, that's why you called it overhyped when you hadn't even watched it...
As for being realistic, makes no sense too...it's fiction...vampires don't exist... Even Vinland Saga you're talking about isn't realistic... Thorkell does things that are not humanly possible Even Thors too
And AOT is a lot deeper than "Titans running around" Your statement tells me you either haven't actually watched it even till now...or you didn't pay attention or you don't even understand what you're watching
I whatever watched it and paid attention too Maybe it's just personal preference but I don't see the hype with it AOT is not it for me |

JohnBullMySon: There's no need to fight FIFA. We just love misinterpreting FIFA laws. CAS does not take cases that are criminal in nature. That is solely a government matter.
The independence of football associations does not prevent them from being indicted for criminal offence. It only pertains to civil, political and administration issues. Like the government pressuring the team to campaign for political cause or them trying to resolve disputes, employ coaches or draft team lists.
When it comes to criminal matters, there's nothing like immunity. The government has every right to investigate arrest and charge anybody inside NFF collecting bribe. No matter the reason, collecting bribe inside Nigeria is a criminal offence. The government is not just interested in such because they too are culprits. They only like to interfere when it comes to choosing people.
Sepp blatter and Platini were investigated by both the US government and Swiss governments. They were charged by the Swiss government. Good one Sire You're the only one on this thread to have accurately interpreted FIFA laws I suggested that NFF chiefs be investigated thoroughly (indigenous national team coaches also). And many shot and t down saying FIFA will shout "interference" But I don't think FIFA will be against booting out enemies of football in Nigeria. If FIFA can punish siasia thoroughly, why can't EFCC and ICPC That's why we need a new government quick quick and one that has sports interest at heart so that a proper clean up can start |
