chiogo: True say. I'll give it 2nd world seeing as they're way ahead of Nigeria. Exactly. Well, basically if you aren't first world, then you're 'developing', doesn't make 'em third world though. highly industrialised developing country is just right. You can't forget the abject poverty a sizeable number of chinese still live in, granted their population is generally high, but percentages. . . |

refrain from using the word 'babe' when referring to me thanks.
You know what, i'll let you be. You keep swinging to both sides of this discussion the act itself is almost dizzying. i realised a while back that you would use the bible to support your views, so i might as well let you be. But remember you saying submission was the only guarantee to a 'happy' marriage? why shouldn't the man submit to his wife?
i'm outta here no time for your antics |

Justcash: Just my thought. I could be wrong. Didn't mean to make you feel bad ok? I just prefer clean and enlightened discussions. No need for insults. Unfortunately for you, it has the word. It is the Word of God. He made you out of a Man, so he knows why you should be submissive. Respect it dear. Justcash: Wow! I hurt you so bad!!!!!!!
What don't you want to believe? That the bible said that a Woman Should be submissive? (The Islamic prescription is similar) That a woman is made out of a Man? That you need to be the helper, rather than the boss? That God made a woman (Eve) out of the need to create a helping hand for Adam? That you were made from a Man's rib? That's what the bible told me o! The Bible didn't say that all these will ensure gender inequality. They are natural roles that God made.
You either take it or leave it, it is your choice dear. It's a free world. Do what you want. Afterall not all women deem it fit to get married (Like you want to do) I still can't explain why you are pissed! when you juxtapose your comments you see why i'm ever so slightly pissed at you. I have no problems submitting to anyone, if you read my first post on this thread, i believe i made that clear. but your refering to women being made out of men, and hammering on submission coupled with some other ridiculous things you have said all night, don't blame me for placing you in the same boat as rob pattison - taking the bible and God words out of context to suit your own argument. |

Oba234: well I think this quote summarize what China is "China's not a normal country - it's a huge empire, it's like the first world, the second world and the third world co-exist together"
China is working hard to become a power house and one of the first requirement of being a power house is for you presence to be felt on the international age and they are doing a pretty good job. Whethey they receive aid or not is not an issue, They are a force to reckon with on the international stage. I dont know any third world or second world on their level? that's why it isn't called a 3rd world country, but a developing country |

Fashion › Re: Who Is Your Fashion/style Icon? by bluespice(f): 6:31am On Jan 15, 2010 |
damn i don't have a style icon cos i love to dress in very 'regular' clothing however, if there was one person i admire and would love to dress as (when i want to play dress up with my friends) it would be dita von teese. I love the fact that she's taken the classic burlesque and soft fetish cultures and integrated them with high street fashion. then again, i don't ever dress up so yeah |
