Mbape is a good goal scorer.

That just the way it is.

Nothing more you can add to it

Messi Ronaldo were miracle workers in their prime

Back then in my secondary school days (late 80s/early 90s), we boys have the same love letter we write to our lovers. Same content word to word. We will attach a love greeting card with the letter and send it to the girl in another school.

Politics › Re: Barau Jibrin: President Can Intervene If Governors Abuse State Police by Bluna: 5:41pm On Jul 13
I will also suggest that state police should not be allowed by law to participate in elections as security agents. Governors will use them to rig and manipulate.

Neither do I argue with you. I only seek clarification of your claim. Do you also enjoy 24 hours when national grid was down? Yes or no?

Too bad, Mr President has proved it over and over again that he is not a man of his words. There are many instances like that. He made similar pledges about electricity, economy, resource control and fiscal federalism.

We call it Ago/Aago in Oyo dialect and yeah, you're right about what you said about the rat. That's the fastest rat I know.
I believe they are going into extinction because I've not seen this rat live for over 20 years. I was surprised reading someone's comment on this thread that they are very many in his area.

He was banned. That was the only penalty given by the FIFA. The team did not face any punishment

This is called Eku Age in my Yoruba dialect. Very rare and costly in the market. Mostly used by native doctors.

Common sense is common. It can be picked off the street with no effort whatsoever, and is usually based on nonsense.
According to French philosopher, Voltaire, "common sense is not actually common".

If you do the calculation mathematically, the answer is 72

If you do the calculation by common sense, the answer is 36

Sports › Re: Without Messi, Will You Still Support Argentina? by Bluna: 10:32pm On Jul 12
CanadaOrBust:
Why do you people keep bringing up Ronaldo when Messi is mentioned. Messi is better than Pelle if you'd be honest. How many goals did Pele curve into the net from a distant free kick?
What Pele did in football was far amazing than any footballer of this era. I don't know which generation you belong though.
As for Ronaldo, I'm referring to your earlier comment when you asked for the greatest between Pele, Messi and Maradona. I'm telling you that Maradona should not be in the list because Ronaldo is more accomplished than Maradona. Stop looking for what I didn't say Mr Man.

WHO is greater in the history of the sport?
Pele for me.
I have the opportunity of watching the 3 of them at their prime. I was still very young during the days of Pele though.

As for Maradona, he is no way better or more famous than Ronaldo. Don't forget he was a drug user. Ronaldo is clean, no doping controversy.
Sports › Re: World Cup: FIFA Top Rated Teams Dominate Semi - Final Features by Bluna: 10:11pm On Jul 12
I've predicted it earlier before the start of this world cup that one of France, Spain, Argentina or England is the winner.
Now that all of them have made it to the last 4, I'm expecting France to lift the trophy.

For the semifinals:
👇🏽
France ✅🏆
England ✅

Spain ❎
Argentina ❎

Can you bet your money on it?
You better don't waste your money on La Albiceleste. The best position they can get is 3rd place. England will knock them so hard in the semis. All my predictions so far have been correct.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Does Anyone Still Doubt That Argentina Is Being Protected? - Mehdi Hasan by Bluna: 6:26pm On Jul 12
Protecting or no protecting, Argentina can't win this world cup

puremaker7:
I swear Argentina are always protected....
I have always hated them since 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship (U-20 World Cup) held in the Netherlands.
I refused to be a Messi's fan, not because of his rivalry with Ronaldo, but because of this particular 2005 experience. The memory is still fresh till today.

Politics › Re: Bishop Oyedepo Urges Church Members To Obtain Voter Cards And Vote Wisely (Video by Bluna:
Voting wisely is about candidates and their personalities; it has little or nothing to do with a particular political party. You can vote LP candidate for your house of rep constituency, PDP for your senatorial district, APC for your state guber, Accord for your state assembly and ADC for presidency. Those who do not vote wisely are the voters who vote for the same political party in all the elective positions.
