benardtotti:We count one before counting two. If you have 30 problems to solve, you start from the ones you can solve quickly. That doesn't mean that you didn't know that other unsolved problems existed. |
Wickedtruths:ABARIBE is from LP..?? Are you very sure about that.?? |

SUMMARY The “Electronic Transmission” (which also involves “Electronic Collation”) is totally different from “Uploading the Photos of Only the POLLING-UNITS RESULTS to the IREV-Portal”. We should be very clear in whatever we are demanding for,, and stamp our feet strong on our demands. .. But if the National Assembly members wouldn't accept the “Electronic Transmission and Electronic Collation” option, Here are the 3 things which they MUST ALLOW to be electronically transmitted to the IREV-Portal. 1. The Photographed Polling-Units Results. 2. The “NUMBER OF ACCREDITED VOTERS” in the BVAS-Machines. 3. THE COLLATED RESULTS FROM ALL THE COLLATION CENTERS. |
Fergie001.. Please find time to respond to this one abbeg.. BluntCrazeMan: |
Pythagoras001:In the book I wrote which dwelt much on the topic of “Electronic Collation”, I explained all these things very well.. https:// t. co /gSdpftCv91 There would be room for what we can call “Review” of the electronically collated results. That review is the authentic result which would be used to declare winners, while the electronically collated results still remain valid as it is (as the Electronic Version), and to be used for audit purposes and for used to checking the authenticity of the reviewed final result -- thus, the electronically collated result should not be deleted or erased after the final results had been announced.. |
BATified2023:You're talking trash. Something the INEC had tested many times successfully within three full election cycles?? Why would it come now -- after it was passed into law -- and start to fail.? |

Trump is selective in his judgement... Muslims were attacked, he kept mute.... Then he issued a disclaimer that his response wouldn't be the same if Christians were attacked. .. |
fergie001:Something happened in Edo State. The “ORIGINAL DUPLICATE COPIES” of the results which the Presiding Officers gave to the PDP Party Agents are not legible enough.. (Or should I say,, the “Original Duplicate Copies” of the results which the PDP Party Agents presented at the tribunal were not legible enough) .. Thus, it meant that the party agents were there, they did what they were supposed to do. But the duplicate copy they got were not legible enough. In this situation,, what would the Party Agents do.?? How are they supposed to get their duplicate copies made clearer, and still not go against the law of “Mutilation”.?? |
helinues:I just pray that one day, things go better.. That will be the only time you will realize that lots of people you regarded as “Enemies” were just persons who were trying to respond to your point-of-view. |
helinues:No wahalla.. There is a reason I mentioned you here though. It's not to troll you. Have a great day |
BluntCrazeMan:Is there a way to force the National Assembly members to do the right thing this time around.?? Cc.. Racoon, Garfield1, Penguin2, Fergie001, Dalitigator, Bobloco, Helinues.. |
This had always been what we had been demanding for -- yet they kept giving us the IREV-Portal,, and be making us to believe that the IREV-Portal is the same as the Collation-Server. They are two different things. I don't know why they are even finding it so difficult to understand. |
Electronic Transmission of results cannot just be regarded as the: taking pictures of the ballot tallying at the Polling-Units, and uploading them to the IREV-Portal. That is even the barest minimum of what we are requesting for. What we are requesting for is not just the upload of the photos of the results -- but the actual Electronic Transmission of the Results, which involves the Electronic Transmission and the Electronic Collation of the Results at the same time. Let me explain further.... The presiding officers at the polling units must input the results for each party inside the BVAS-Machine, and then transmit the results online to an online collation-server; so that there would also be an electronic collation of the transmitted votes online. Then, the photos of the “signed and stamped results” (at all levels of results production) would then be uploaded to the IREV-Portal for Audit and Cross-Checking purposes. We don't want an manual collation system where corrupt professors would be sitting at a collation-centre, and be tabulating millions of votes with analog calculators.. This is no more 2011. This is 2026 for goodness’ sake.!! . Nevertheless,, if the members of the National Assembly insists on giving us the “MANUAL Collation” coupled with only the online uploading of the photographs of the results of the elections,, Then, here are the 3 things which they MUST make the ELECTORAL ACT to ALLOW to be electronically transmitted to the IREV-Portal: 1. The Photographs of the Polling-Units Results 2. The “NUMBER OF ACCREDITED VOTERS” which was automatically captured inside the BVAS-Machines 3. THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL THE COLLATED RESULTS FROM ALL THE COLLATION-CENTERS ACROSS ALL THE LEVELS OF COLLATION. (This No.3 above is very very important -- they shouldn't be uploading only the Polling-Unit Results alone to the IREV-Portal.) |

etokhana:Wait ooo.. Now it is very clear. Because I was wondering whether it was an independent private investigator who engaged the consultant. So, the government engaged a consultant to do a certain internal job for the government, and the consultant went and threw the results of the jobs they did to the public.?? Is it their job to publish it.?? Since they were paid for the job, do they still own the job as their own after they delivered it to the client.?? OR THEY DIDN'T DELIVER IT AFTER-ALL.?? EVEN AT THAT,, WHAT'S THE NEED OF MAKING THE RESULTS PUBLIC.? Why would they blackmail their client.?? Like as if that wasn't the main reason they were engaged in the first place?? |
