Thus, it meant that the party agents were there, they did what they were supposed to do.
But the duplicate copy they got were not legible enough.

In this situation,, what would the Party Agents do.?? How are they supposed to get their duplicate copies made clearer, and still not go against the law of “Mutilation”.??
