adebowales: Hello nairalanders! I seek your opinion concerning this situation I find myself in.
I have been in a relationship with my fiancée for 3 yrs already to which she is pregnant for me at the moment! Though we have been together enjoying our relationship until recently I employed a new sales representative which is getting me confused.
Since the day I employed my sales girl, she had been handling my business perfectly even while I wasn’t around, she always defends me well, though I pay her well for this, but she had been managing the business like hers and she makes good return daily, besides she is also a good girl in management.
The relationship I have with my fiancée is getting to marriage soon but I feel recently am making a bad choice even though she is pregnant for me.
Recently, my sales girl profess love to me by telling me she really loves me and she has falling in love already, this makes her get pained seeing me and my fiancée together. I had to explain to her that, I am the kind of person that is very loyal to my commitment, if we had met earlier, no one also would be able to take me away from her, so by that, I love her, but it’s late already as me and my wife has gone deeper and breaking up isn’t easy at these moment at all.
Recently, I found out my sales is already talking to different suitors which at times gives me bad feelings which makes me confused at the moment if I may loose her and this will definitely affect my business except I find someone better also.
1. What does your Pregnant Fiancée do for a living??
2. What is her level of commitment to whatever it is which she is doing for a living?
3. How had she been contributing to your personal growth in all the years you had been dating her? (Or were you the only one contributing to her own growth all the while.?)
Your answer to these two questions will sharpen your mind a little bit better so that you can make up your mind properly,, (that is -- if you're looking for an industrious partner as a wife.)
But then,, if like you said earlier, that you deeply love people for no reasons attached -- whether they do good or bad you're ready to forgive and carry on with the relationship,, and coupled with the fact that the lady turned out to be good enough for you which made you to date her for three good years and still want more years with her,, then your sudden interest in the sales-girl is totally unlike your normal self.
You need to do a deep meditation. Maybe you never knew that there is a part of You that can cheat. You never even believed that you can have feelings for another woman, and you were ok with that belief all these while -- and that was the reason why you loosed your guard around the sales-girl, and she saw you finish. AND YOU JUST RECENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOUR BELIEF WAS TOTALLY WRONG AFTER-ALL..
Your healing will come when you first realize yourself,, and tell yourself the full truth. You must give this a very deep thought. Don't shift it aside. Whoever that your rational mind chooses,, then make up your mind to cut off the other completely.
In all sincerity,, if your fiancée has something doing and she is well committed to it,, and considering the fact that she allowed you to continue having your peace of mind for three full years you dated her, then she is a good woman.. You don't know the sales girl very well yet, other than the fact that she is industrious, and honest.. What about allowing you to have peace of mind while staying around her nko.??
id911: Yes. The National Assembly may have to look at that section again or it remains unconstitutional.
Wait.. Something that is inside the constitution would now be termed unconstitutional.??
What if the CTC of the judgement didn't make any mention of that section in question??
.....
senatordave1: Yes afterall only them have the power to interpret the statutes whether rightly or otherwise
So now,, what if the CTC of the judgement is finally out, and it happened that the judgement didn't make any mention of that section in question,, does it still mean that the judgement had interpreted that particular statutes which it negated without even mentioning??
IT’S UNCONSTITUTIONAL FOR GOVERNORS TO HOLD LG FUNDS, SUPREME COURT DECLARES.
The apex court directed that Local Government allocations from the Federation Account should be paid directly to them henceforth.
The Supreme Court, on Thursday, declared that it is unconstitutional for state governors to hold onto funds meant for Local Government (LG) administrations.
In its lead judgement read by Justice Emmanuel Agim, the apex court observed that the refusal of state government on financial autonomy for local governments has gone on for over two decades.
He said local governments has since stopped receiving the money meant for them from the state governors who act in their stead.
Justice Agim noted that the 774 local government councils in the country should manage their funds themselves.
He dismissed the preliminary objections of the defendants (state governors).
LONG WALK TO LG AUTONOMY There are 774 local government areas in the country, but the efficiency of the third tier of government has been hampered by the weight of some controlling and overbearing governors who have been accused of mismanaging funds meant for the administration of local governments.
In the last few months, calls for local government autonomy have increased in Nigeria. President Bola Tinubu also supported the calls and in May, the Federal Government, through the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Lateef Fagbemi, sued the 36 state governors over alleged misconduct of local government funds.
Currently, the Federal Government gets 52.68%, and states get 26.72%. In comparison, LGs get 20.60% of the country’s monthly revenue allocated by the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) which operates under the Presidency, and disbursed by the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC).
Interestingly, LG funds are paid into a joint account operated by state governments and local governments in their domains.
In the suit filed by AGF, the Federal Government sought an order preventing the governors from arbitrarily dissolving democratically elected councils. The suit by the AGF was on 27 grounds.
The 36 state governors, who are defendants in the suit, opposed the AGF for instituting the case.
THE VERDICT In his judgement, Justice Agim said the AGF has the right to institute the suit and protect the constitution.
The apex court consequently directed that Local Government allocations from the Federation Account should be paid directly to them henceforth, and not to state government coffers.
Justice Agim pointed out that the state governors’ retention of the monies meant for the Local Governments truncates the latter’s activities.
Justice Agim ordered the immediate compliance of the judgement, stating that no state government should be paid monies meant for Local Governments.
OriOko88: Lmao. Fat women usually see themselves like they can do it all. I saw a video of where singer young John was carrying a plus side Lady in a concert. The fatty was gnashing teeth thinking she was having fun [b]without knowing she was being sexually molested by the young artist.[/
Shame no dey this con3 anymore
Allow her.
Many of the ladies out there are passing through a lot.
At that fateful moment on the stage,, she was having her full joy. Nobody should be thinking of any form of perversion at point in time.. Unless the artiste started to dance is a sexually suggestive manner.
officialwdhtv: Viral video of Former Vice President and the PDP 2023 Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar's convoy. He is also a very successful businessman.
Not counting those that passed earlier, and those that are yet to come into the view of the camera..
.... So,, I'm now asking... How many Lives Of the Ordinary Nigerians Around Him Had he ever touched through any form of infrastructural developments.??
(I don't mean the people he employed, or those he came in contact with, or those he gifted with money)
I mean,, public infrastructure for the general good of everybody,, which doesn't yield any profits in return.,, but are very useful to the people.. How many of such community projects had he ever done.??
Even though the judgement did not explicitly disqualify them,, another party can use it against them if they didn't appeal the judgement. And that it would be in their best interest to appeal that judgement.
debbiebianca2: A Nigerian man is currently trending after sharing his testimony on how God healed him by restoring his manhood which was dead for a long time.
On receiving his healing they man started feeling symptoms of his manhood rising according to him “he said my machine gun started working and I have to leave church with my wife to go and have sex which he had not had for a very long time” true true miracle no dey tire Jesus.
Rapmoney: Some traditions are really strange. This is a good example of a culture shock that can make many people have goose pimples on their body with their hairs on the skin standing at attention.
At a funeral in Ghana, a dead man was seen being carried on the shoulders at his funeral while the crowd sang and clapped.
What do you think about this type of culture/tradition in Africa?
1. Actual Timeline Was Not Revealed,, but there was a clue. (When Buhari would not be on the seat any longer... And Not Atiku either).
2. Something happened that shook the Nation. ((2023 election and Obidients??))
3. Someone from the east started doing one or two small little things in an attempt to fix the nation. (Donating boreholes, donations towards education and towards good health)
4... So, where is the end of the prophecy.?? WHAT LATER HAPPENED.??
