BritishNaija:Thanks.. I have really spent to the threshold of what I planned spending on this particular issue. To be very honest with you, when the policeman I met earlier was explaining to me how they were going to smoke the lady out and arrest her, he was sounding so detailed and so encouraging and so convincing, just the way you're sounding now. They even gave me a timeline of two weeks. .. Meanwhile, I have made up my mind and had finally decided to forgive myself and to let it go. .. I have decided that since I have made it public on Nairaland, then I should forgive both the policeman and the scammer herself, and to also forgive myself for falling victim. |

Starz825.. Please, I saw your comment where you said you can retrieve the NIN-Number that is linked with a phone-number, and everything about the person. Please, you need to help me here. 08061115668... The owner of this number here is a bad scammer. She had been scamming lots of people. And the number is still working. Please check whether there is any NIN-Number that is linked to the phone-number. Please get the full name, email address, and physical address of the person. |

Keagen:I reported immediately to my bank to block the account, but when my bank communicated UBA to block the account, the UBA reported back that there was no money inside the account again, so it cannot be blocked. They even told me that if they saw the money inside it and blocked it, that they can only block it for 72-hours, unless I get a court order. And that if I get a court order, then they can only extend the blocking, pending the length or the period of time which the court mandated them to block the account. Nevertheless,, is it late now to go for the court order?? This is February 2022 already. I hate the fact that the Nigerian Police scammed me too. The Nigerian Police Is Just So Useless. How sure am I now the Nigerian Courts are not going to join them in scamming me too?? 2 Likes |

These are some of her other photos. But I strongly believe that these photos belong to someone else from another African country that is not Nigeria, but she's using the photos to disguise herself. I just hope the real owner of these photos (whoever she is, and wherever she is) would get to see these photos too, and see what her fellow woman is doing with her photos.. 1 Share

From the previous thread: https://www.nairaland.com/6771590 I got scammed of N150k. Here is how it all happened. I buy and sell thrift clothes (popularly known as okirika). Some times I buy and sell online too.. Especially on Facebook. Sometime in October 2021, “Neky Thriftstore” sent friend request to me on Facebook and I accepted. I guess she saw me from one of the Okirika groups. Here below is the link to her Facebook Profile. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100070484271344 (Her Facebook Name right now have changed to “Okeke Nneka”. And up till now, she still pretends to be dealing on thrift wears, and she continued scamming innocent Nigerians.) To cut the whole long story short, she presented herself that she sells nice clothes, and she even showed me some samples on video. After I paid her, she blocked me off both on WhatsApp and Facebook. Here is her phone number (WhatsApp): 08061115668... And here is the bank details with which I paid her: Ekwunife Bibian Nneka. 2178644628. (UBA Plc). I later learnt that she had other accounts with Wema Bank, Zenith Bank, and First Bank.. And that the names on them are not the same. But they all have Nneka. I wonder how this is even possible, with all the NIN wahalla and BVN wahalla that the banks usually put us through on daily basis. I reported immediately to my bank to block the account, but when my bank communicated UBA to block the account, the UBA reported back that there was no money inside the account again, so it cannot be blocked. They even told me that if they saw the money inside it and blocked it, that they can only block it for 72-hours, unless I get a court order. And that if I get a court order, then they can only extend the blocking, pending the length or the period of time which the court mandated them to block the account. I reported to the police quite alright. I had given a total of same N150k to the police. I swore not to spend more than N150k in searching for the lost N150k. (Maybe I didn't report to the right police personnel or something, because I don't understand the whole delay any longer). The policeman I reported to wasted three full months while tracking the scammer. The only thing he could reveal to me is that the scammer is a lady, and not a man.. And that she doesn't stay at a place for more than two days. That she is almost always on the move. He had made some soft arrests though. He arrested those people whom the scammer had been calling on phone and communicating with.. But they all ended up being the victims of the same scammer. The scammer is still gallivanting and scamming more people. Please my people,, is there any other way I can catch this scammer?? The police is wasting my time. And EFCC is not even interested in helping me to handle this matter. Please Nairalanders, help me. And help other unsuspecting Innocent Nigerians out there too. I need your help please. .. Lalasticlala, Seun, Mynd44.. Please make this to go viral. Help me to stop this lady, even if I didn't get my money back, but let her be caught and shamed. 1 Like
