- improved our Corruption index from 144th in 2013 to 136th in 2014 by Transparency International
- revived automobile industry
- revived cement industry
- restructured electricity sector for improved supply
- etc, etc

Those are the hallmarks of a successful SYSTEMATIC approach to the problem of corruption not the NOISY but empty results ad-hoc measures we have witnessed so far.

Unlike General Buhari who did not achieve anything meaningful for two years but simply locked up those NOT from his ethnic group in jails while his fellow fulanis were either put under house arrest or allowed to escape from the country.

St Edwin is giving good advice. I'm a cardiologist and your symptoms may well be cardiac in origin. Can you give me your number so I can call you and find out exactly what is going on and if I can be of help??

Well, To begin with, how old are you? An age range would be ok. You have quite alot of symptoms. First of all, I don't think you need that treatment for latent T.B because your symptoms do not point to that. Do you have any swelling of your arm? Have u had any chest pain? Any changes or pin-point bleeding beneath your fingers? Any swellings on the palms or soles of your feet? Before getting an echocardiogram, have you had an EKG done? Have u had any? Any history of sickle cell disease? Any previous history of trouble breathing?
As for your question on any drug or herb that makes the heart stronger, I am sorry there's no drug of that sort. Perhaps you could try and be abit more specific on what you mean by making the heart 'strong'. I have a few differentials in mind even with the little information you have provided.Also, bear in mind that my diagnosis is based on your history. To get a full diagnosis, a combined history and a physical examination are needed. However, at the moment, a physical examination is ruled out...... my dx include;
1. Infectious Endocarditis
2. Valvular heart disease.
3. Atelectasis

With tears in my
eyes i plead with
well meaning
medical intellectuals
to please come to
my aid. I have been
terribly sick for the
past 1 month. It
started on a day i
felt something like a
bite on my heart
and i immediately
became
uncomfortable..since
then i have treated
all diseases such as
typhoid malaria..i
took 6 ivr flui still i
feel weak.i went for
an xray again..it
revealed nothing but
i feel weak
especially around
my heart,stomach
and leg region,i cant
bend down even
when in vehicle on a
gallop way i feel a
sensation of my
heart wanting to
fall and i have a
feeling of
vagueness on the
left part of my
chest,i cant raise
the left hand i feel
pain..i am lost.
Presently a retired
nurse is treating me
for latent t.b a
phenomena which is
still yielding no
result..and i couldnt
afford a
echocardiogram
test i was told to
do.the question is
do i have an heart
problem? Please
help me i am afraid
though my b.p is
normal n.b;i have no
swelling in my legs
and arms,and i dont

I suggest you snap pictures of the affected areas of your body and upload them to prove your genuity and maybe that may attract needed attention and support for you. Just my opinion though.
