Went to a computer center to do some photocopy, at least within 15minutes, 7 people came to find out about the registration process. It is time for computer center to make money. The owner of the shop charging 1k for registration

I am a little down right now and it seems this project seems not to work out fine.

1. Some demonic goats enter my farm and eat the just germinating maize and leave the maize struggling for survival

2. The weed seems to be have more nutrient than the maize with the speed they are growing over the maize

3. I think i am doing more than what i can control and nobody to help

4. Am already clearing another land for the tomatoes which i planted for nursery a week ago and no traces of germination

5. Now i have no option than to think of providing a perimeter fence to keep off the goat and fulanis that always patronize my area

6. Your advice is needed and the mode can do the needful

7. I am already thinking of a plan B of watermelon or something that will be more lucrative than this maize or cassava

The maize germinating after one week, but with no ridges, i need to start preparing for early weeding since the herbicide that i applied is not that effectively used

Sprayed the land with non selective herbicide after planting. Am actually afraid with the herbicide because rain fall after application and need to re applied

70% of wedding events in Nigeria today did not always go according to the celebrant wishes and planning, and this always make them to feel dissatisfied after spending a lot of hard earned money for the success of the events.

There are some basic fact we always advise our client to follow when planning a wedding either by yourself or through a freind or family or a hired event planner, but the hard part of it is how to follow the rule for maximum result, which means your wedding planning may flop if you fail to follow the following rules

1. Hire a proffesional Event planner ; regardless of the amount or your budget for the wedding, always remember to put into consideration the hiring of an event planner. It could not be the decorator, or caterer , but an independent planner who will help to source for you vendors or work to cordinate the overall independent vendors you may hire by yourself. For instance, your freind may want to help you with cake, but make sure you connect the freind to the planner so that you will be free from stress and disappointment. Hire a proffesional in event planner who are certified and not just the mushroom decorator and caterer who always call themselves event planner. You may look out for planner who study Hospitality and tourism from the Higher institution like NiHOTOUR, NYPEP etc.



2. Avoid uninvited guest at your Venue; one of the major things you can do to plan your event successfully incase you wish to plan your even yourself is to avoid uninvited guest. You can make the event strictly by invitation by using bouncers to control the crowd


3. Observe the rules of carriage capacity; Carriage capacity means the number of guest in comfortable condition per square of the event ground either indoor or Outdoors events



4 Avoid Friend and family to Plan your Events; avoid your closed one to plan your event for you, because if they mess you up, you may not be able to accuse them



5. Be time cautious; part of the best thing to help yourself why planning your events is to be time cautious. Start making preparation ahead of time to avoid last minute rush that can disorganize your plan for the day.




6. Buy some, Rent some. ; don't be suprise will have to add this to the point because there are some things you can by for yourself to save money and also to avoid after wedding embarrassment from your vendor. Like your cutleries, cups, Menu card etc. Because this are the item that may hold you ransom with the rental service or the vendors

7. Let the two family become one: this happen in the case of food service when you see some wedding when each family will be making separate arrangement for the invited Guest. This is what cause flop in mist cases where there will be some sort of competition from both side of the party. It is very bad for a party like wedding.



8. Arrange for Logistic in advance; another reason why many wedding event flop is the issue of logistics, which the proffesional called the Tourist information. You will know a wedding that will flop when the couples are recieving call like a customer service agent on their wedding day. That is why you must have a active and serious minded person as your RSVP.


9. 2 weeks refreshment ahead: proffesional finish all the preparation for your wedding in 2 weeks, but when you see a wedding that will flop, calls will be coming in 30 minutes before the party start. Make sure you clear the air 2 weeks before D day, so that you will not depend only on make up to look good on that day. Your cloth should be ready a month ahead. If you don't rush, you will never forget your wedding ring or burn your wedding suite or cloth and some sort of mishap that can be amended if it soesn't happen 24hrs to the wedding.



10. HIRE A PLANNER ; this is the first and the last advice for you to avoid flop on your wedding day. Even if all your vendors are freind and family, make sure you hire a planner that will help you do the cordination perfectly. Wedding planning or Event planning is like a discipline just like a Doctor, Engineer and Lawyer. Trust them with your money and they will save you from High blood pressure. There are many this an event planner will do for you.

Didn't know much about there job, but i know they work as agent to help customer save money or withdraw and most especially in the local area far from bank location. Examples is first Monie agent or Sterling Agent

An uncle of mine introduce a sterling Bank agent work to me in my area, i see it as a very profitable business, but my mind tell me what if i choose a preferred bank like First Bank that have more customers.

I had been motivated in recent time to do more exploit in the poultry biz after my first attempt with just 20 cockrels and presently with 10 layers in one of my vacant room.
