Hello Nairalander, I need your advice on how to create a very good impression with my in law on my first visit. I really want to direct my question to the married ones in the house, but i realised it doesn't count. My inlaw is a Pastor and Deacon ( Yoruba) I am also a Yoruba. Without talking much about my financial status, i need your advice on the moderate/ average gift i can go along with and also some things i am not suppose to talk about. I believe this post will be of great value to others. |

Like to keep you abreast of many event happenings in Nigeria. Ibadan is hosting the XGP 2013 source www.bnlrng. |
Honestly speaking, I am a kind of a person who hardly fall into scam, so this could make me not to believe in anything again, but trust me, i had miss a lot of opportunity, I can remember i was asked to Pay 20K for a slot into FMC job last year, which i believe it is a scam untill the applicant start receiving appointment letter. Now still on the Matter. I always console myself with the fact that God is going to do the best, but in life it is good to take risk |
Good Day fellow NL, i think it is time for me to contribute on this platform, firstly, this thread is the most confused on NL, because you are not sure of a thing doesn't mean you should condemned it, the best way is to seek to the appropriate information source. I believe if you don't submit your cv to Natforce, you will never be contacted, then if you don't believe in them, why submitting in the first place, the fact is that you must really be confused from Day 1. Pls you need to change your mindset. Now back to the matter I received a msg from IMANNATFORCE this morning to prepare for a training @ Ekiti. I can remember i submitted my Cv @ Molete office of the Natforce In Oyo state. So i am not so much bothered with the Msg. Just that am a little bothered with the 20k for the feeding and accommodation. But am sure the Money will send a lot of people into either paying or not, since nobody is ready to be a victim in scarcity. I was here to confirmed the msg, but it is a pity that the thread is making me to feel more low except some folks who also received the same msg. No matter how, i must confirm the payment from theirefin office and even at the skye bank. |
Ibadan people don't miss it o...it is happening live from Egbeda Local Gorvernment Area, it is 40% happenings, still hope for more |
Oh my God! Can you feel the breeze ...........Glory be to God in the Highest |
The sun is in the sky, but now it is just like a reflection of the electric light with low heart intensity |
Ibadan are you ready? Just watch what is happening with the sun without the cloud |
You must be very observant, firstly you have to distinguish between a sun @ 2 11 from a sun @ 6 |
If you can't observe the Eclipse from Ibadan, you can never be a scientist or even pass simple logistic or what am i going to call it |
I remember in 2006, this is how it all started, direct rays from the sky, don't dare look into it, i guess the eclipse is a protection from the heavy sunlight that can burn the whole universe. God is great. |
The Golden atmosphere has surfaced, and the cloud is clear, remaining only the sun been partially and gradually overshadowed by the Moon |
Yes, It is happening in Ibadan from Egbeda Local Gov. Just pls don't look into it directly. |
After a plate of Fried Turkey, served with Pounded yam and Melon soup, and a cup of fresh palm wine and Rose wine, I can Boldly say the venue is the coolest place in Town.
|
The site developer @ the venue emphasised on the need for Nigerians to believe in our country rather than wasting so much resources abroad. He also claimed that apart from Bamboo and Tourism, the Giant grass still have more than thousand uses to mankind.

The party was held at the first bamboo based tourism project in Nigeria( Bamboo Nest Leisure Reserve) in Ibadan on 19th October, 2013. The celebrant is a Student of University of Ibadan MPH in Environmental Heath. The party is full of fun as the significance of Bamboo was promoted with Tourism For the first time in History. Expect the pictures and follow

Every 27th September has been set aside to celebrate the fastest growing industry and the largest employer of labour in the world. " WORLD TOURISM DAY" In the past decade, the industry has been witnessing a drastic setback in Africa due to the consistence terrorism, political unrest and religious crises in the region. Tourism can only boom when the desired destination is safe to visit, but due to the crises facing the sector, both the international and local tourist traffic has been affected seriously and it seems the world is not concern. According to Celestine Oni ( 2013 ) he explained that " tourist can only be motivated when the place of interest is safe" During the annual convention of the bamboo tourism club held in Zimbabwe on the 18th of September, 2013 to showcase the significance of bamboo to tourism, they emphasised on the need for the host community to be re orientated and embrace peace to promote foreign visit and investment, and of which the cultural norms and value should not be neglected. |
Pls i need your urgent information about the admission procedure and school fees of the PGD archaeology department. Very urgent thanks. I had visited their website, but i need a more info before applying thanks. |
It is really a front page material, The OP has taken a deep thought about life and the way we live it. Imagine this question comes out at one point of life, you really have to checked what you post and how you think. Back to the matter A cultured man is a national identity, forget how many degree you have or how many places you have been to. Culture is culture, from past to present. But it is only in culture you have to learn from the past. Have been studied Tourism for the past 8years, it is not a crime for not participating in old tradition, but the worst is rebuking your culture and probably others too Nothing but respect can make a peaceful living |

According to the Site Developer of a bamboo based research center in Nigeria Mr Olusegun Celestine Oni. He emphasised that Nigeria must be ready to develop technician and expert who can discover the untapped potentials in the country, most especially in the Natural resources. He further explained that, since the dream of using bamboo to make paper in the 1970s in Nigeria is not yet fulfilled, Nigeria should never forget that apart from Making Paper with bamboo, there are over 1000 other uses of bamboo in the world. During the inauguration of the Tourist site in Ibadan on Feb 20, 2013, the Director of Agriculture at Egbeda Local Gorvernment. Mr Omolewo, emphasise that the Utilization of Bamboo will be a link to entrepreneurship and skill development, which will eventually brought a drastic reduction to the unemployment in the country. |
