My advice

1. Be a good negotiator and negotiate irresistible deals.

2. After you get your deal add your own price let's say 5k or 10k (note the cheaper the price the faster it will sell. If you intend to buy a house in Eko Atlantic with one sigle deal na you sabi)

3. After you add your own price, post it here.
And wait for buyer

4. When buyer contacts you, you contact picker and discuss with the picker that he will send you your own share. Then you connect the buyer with the picker

5. As you continue bringing irresistible deals etc..

Wow! It's terrible you went through this. I didnt experience any of these though I have been hearing some things about scammers impersonating Get99 staff and business developers and asking for sensitive information. I am a seller on Get99 and to be honest, when their customer service people call you, they never ask for information. The only thing they do is to guide you through the process and that's all. To be safe, never ever give out personal information in form of codes, bank details, etc to anyone who claims they are calling from Get99. Their members of staff keep reiterating this point. So far, sales have been good for me on their platform and I don't think they are bad at all.
