Kemi Olunloyo, daughter of former Oyo Governor has been hospitalized following a massive asthma attack.

Report says she reacted to some roses on Mother's Day (Sunday) and was at a point so close to a
cardiac arrest. Thankfully, doctors said that she is responding to treatment.

Kemi says she's had asthma since she was 2 years old.

Chidike Oyeka, a 25-year-old graduate of Madonna University, Anambra has stabbed himself thrice with a kitchen knife, killing himself.

According to The Punch newspaper, Oyeka, on April 19, 2013, took a kitchen knife and stabbed himself repeatedly until his intestines were disembowelled.

A neighbour who spoke to the newspaper said that the deceased who completed his National Youth Service Corps programme last February, has been depressed for a while, and had complained that he was not happy because of his inability to get employed. The family of a Senior Secondary School 3 female student of Muslim College Oworonsoki, Lagos, has been thrown into mourning after lightning struck and killed 19-year-old Celestina Farotide, who was about to start her final examination the same morning.
