They blocked my Fb account few days ago and i was told to provide a clear picture, which i did. I was getting over 400 hundred friend requests daily then and stupid me - i was just accepting them till i got tired. I now have close to 4000 friends (mostly Americans). Thank God it has been opened again.

You don't have to use USA Gmail account. You can use your normal day email account for the job.

Banking country should be USA. That is why we are using Payoneer. Payoneer is supplying you with USA banking details no UK details.

In summary
Don't use USA as residential country and use USA and the banking country.
