there are various country and brand of children
bales that is as good or even better than London
bale. the idea is to interchange brand and even
mix them. y is listed only london is I noticed pple
are interested in it here.

first grade Korean bale just that it mostly small
sizes while the London bale has mostly big sizes.
that's the diffirence.

You are advised to meet your OBS for your prenatal vitamins.This service should be a physical affair not nairaland's.

Nevertheless some of the pregnancy routine vitamins should include:

1)B complex
2)Folic acid(folates)
3)Vitamin K(may not be necessary,since it is synthesize during food digestion)
4)Vitamin B12
5)Vitamin C(may not be necessary)

Any additional(like IRON PILLS or HAEMATINICS and CALCIUM pills) may be situational and obstetrical guidance is pivotal.Do ask your OBS on these vitamins and the importance of each to your pregnancy.

To the best of my knowledge,i think they usually send it a week or two to the fair (i may be wrong though).Then,it is followed by an invitation letter upon completion of the survey form..You would,by mail and text be informed to print your invitation letter which will be your gate pass to the fair

The online survey is a form that confirms your interest in the scheme..If you want to be part of the scheme,you must make your mail box your friend so as not to miss out.
The internship is about matching unemployed graduates with firms/companies for a 12month training which may translate into a full time job if found suitable for it.During this period,you will be paid a monthly stipend of 25k by the FG..If are lucky,your company may add some pocket change to it.
