Really what i think the problem is here is that Africa/Africans are not appreciating and accepting the values and rich cultures that we have here, some good reasons is that we dont have good leaders here in Africa, things are not working, corruption everywhere, standard of living is very poor, the rich are getting richer and the poor getting poorer. So you can imagine yourself in another part of the world where things work, I tell you, you will want to be associated with the ways of life of that part of the world especially if you are in the US.
though am not in support of the idea of trying to copy the Americans or the Europeans, but here in Africa we need to put our hearts together and our so called leaders should wake up to their responsibilities and our people will be proud of the fact that they are Africans.

I want us to pemper justice with mercy here (that is if he is found guilty), I dont really know now if he had done it or has been doing that in the past, all I want and I know is that MJ cannot stand the stress of going to prison. He may be guilty and he may be inocent of the charges but he has giving us alot (music that inspire the sould and spirit). I was just listening to Rythm FM this morning/afternoon, and for like 2 hours the DJ was playing MJ's songs. I cant imagine somebody that has done so great to go through the prison life.

It's a pity that this happens to almost everybody.

It has happened to me too. I was almost killing myself because she left me for no reason - no fight, no argument, she didn't catch me with any other girl - so when it happened I was so shocked and I did everything to make her stay because I was so much addicted to her. But after like five (5) months I pull myself together and moved on and now here I am living a good life and enjoying myself.

I believe the problem really is we are most of the time addicted to the other sex and we can't imagine ourselves living withour her/him.

I will suggest you try talking to your housemate to try to face her exams for now. If she really wants the guy out of her life (that is, if she truly wants to do that) she should try leave the town after her exam. For example, she can go on a vacation. I believe this should work for her because it worked for me too (though I am a guy). It's easier for her because she's a lady and she will get admirers everyday.

My w'kend was nice, I was with my loved one on Saturday and on Sunday i went to school (Lasu PT), after school i hanged out with friends in my area. I missed the football march between Nigeria and Rwanda due to an unscheduled lecture we had during that time at school.

Imagine if all the funds raised at the launch is going to our public schools, imagine how helpful it will be to the students and the individual institutions. Imagine if Dangote donates the amount he donated to Unilag for the hostle problem or any other school facing accomodation problems. Imagine our Globalcom/Conoil man donating that type of money to Osu(OOU), imgine him taking tractors and other equipments to upgrade the bad (only), tiny and dengerious road that leads to the institution.
I see this as corruption, which our dear OBJ is campaigning against. Na wa for Niger ooo.May God help us in this country
