Don't compare Abuja to lagos with the major seaport in Nigeria.. Apapa port alone generated over 800 billion for lagos in 2021

99 percent of imported goods in Nigeria is through lagos port. That's why you have many igbos in Tradefair and Alaba.

Kaduna IGR grew from 11.7bn to 44.9 bn naira in 5 years.

Ogun State did a similar thing too.
Its IGR is over 100bn yearly.

Ogun & Lagos are the only states now,whose IGR is more than their FAAC allocations.

The moral of this story is that there is a method that works in generating IGR, Lagos,Ogun,Kaduna are examples.

Atiku is lucky because Obasanjo government performed a bit in the area of economy and debt servicing. Tinubu will also have something to campaign with as a result of his performance in Lagos.
