Apart from Aba which has poor road network due to incompetent government and the environmental terrain the rest of Abia from Umuahia down to the rest of Abia is not doing bad in terms of infrastructure so please nobody should use Aba as a yardstick to judge the rest of Abia.

And the funny thing is some of the people commenting with abuse here are from states which Abia is far more develop than. A trip to umuahia will convince you.
