Mash/blend over ripe plantains, pour in a bowl with egg, milk and water. Mix it well.
Add flour, pinch of salt, little baking powder and mix thoroughly. Fry in batches using low heat.

I tried making this plantain pancake yesterday morning, had to add more flour and fry it like puff puff cos i feel the egg i added to the mix will not cook enough especially because of the children.

I cook on low heat so it cooks through before I flip. I hope this helps.

Please great mamas in the house,I have a very serious plea to make and I will be forever grateful if you people can help me. I am due in about three weeks time and I don't have any baby item,not even the one on my hospital list. I dropped out of antenatal due to lack of funds. Hubby and I ttced for a while and we had the greatest plan for this baby. Along the line,things just went down. Hubby lost his job and my lil side hustle died a natural death due to the numerous demands on it. Please mothers I am really scared that this baby will come out anytime and I am not prepared. It's sleepless nights for me and days of constant worry. I have tried every single avenue I know to generate money for baby items and delivery to no avail. Please this is my first child and it's hurting me real bad that things are like this. I feel this sense of failure within me. Hubby has tried his best too. We have practically turned beggars.
Please mothers, I will appreciate any used baby items esp for newborns that you are willing to spare. Anything at all. This place is my last resort. I am on my knees. I believe in God and I believe in miracles. Thanks all.

I use a polystar cooker. It has both electric and gas oven. 2 gas burners and 2 electric burners.

The cool part is you can use both electric and gas at. The same time.
