Keep whining and talking about kidnapping, bla bla bla!! Pay your debt either as agreed or over an extended period of an agreed time frame, or don't collect one at all!!

Why do people like wallowing in ignorance? Someone is stating law and you are rambling. If anyone is being emotional, it's you. No one is contesting that debt taken ought to be paid, but this is not the way to collect it. If I were to represent the mother of that child, the debt would not only be relinquished, but that child abductor would pay a lot of money to the mother or risk prosecution for this serious offence. She committed a crime.

I can think of several offences she should be charged with. She would even be the one begging to pay the mother of the child. Just imagine. Women supporting women as usual.
