Foreign Affairs › Re: US President Trump Takes Oath Of Office (Photos) by BondRiv: 8:42pm On Jan 20, 2025 |
givedemwotowoto: Nigeria joining BRICS was a very big mistake!!! Now Trump will probably punish them with sanctions and trade restrictions.
How much money have you made from Russia and China and other larger BRICS nations, that your country has to risk sanctions to join this rival alliance that doesn’t benefit its citizens?
Many Nigerians are content creators, doing remote work and using tech built by the US and the West. Most diaspora remittances come from US and the West, but somehow the government thought it was a good idea for a small struggling nation benefitting a lot from the US and the West to join a rival alliance? Make that make sense. Hegemony of terror. Is Nigeria a colony of the U.S. or part of its 50 states? So because of the fear of being sanctioned, Nigeria should not act in its interest? Cowering to bullies has never been the solution to anything. No wonder the world is a mess. |
Politics › Re: Suspended Edo LG Chairmen: Abuja Court Declines Jurisdiction by BondRiv: 8:24pm On Jan 20, 2025 |
They are the ones who believe they are suspended and FG is not ready to do the right thing. Nigerian governors are not ready to change their illegal ways. Tomorrow idiots will be asking for state police. The cycle continues. |

bentenny: Its official that you are a certified clown and a glorified m.or.on!
What are we currently using in our politics that wasn't copied from advanced countries? So since it's Nigeria according to your backward reasoning, why don't we jettison democracy and go back to our stone age or better still don't use federalism that the same Nigeria copied from advanced countries which we are not even practicing to the fullest!
This current comment of yours has further exposed the emptiness of your troubled brain!
An individual with an ounce of functioning brain matter would have asked questions for further clarification and possibly enlighten himself on state policing but the reverse is the case with U since you have a messed up and stagnant encephalon! Rambling to save your life, while my initial question remains unanswered. Useful idiots like you are preferred by Nigerian politicians. You have probably lived most of your life in Nigeria, yet you are bereft of knowledge to make informed assessments about the country. I would have just dismissed your gibberish as idealism, but it is obvious there is nothing in your head. Pity. You lack the nuance to be commenting here, please find something in the entertainment section. |

bentenny: If u don't know how it works or who would the state commissioner of police be answerable to or how advanced countries have properly implemented theirs, make inquires instead of always behaving like an ignorant mo.ro.n!
Even if I told U who would be incharge,U still won't comprehend because your long held reasoning was programmed to remain stagnant! This one is talking about advanced countries. I knew you were naive from the onset. Beating about the bush because of a simple question. Is this not Nigeria? Clueless thing! |

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu MUST be released whether they like it or not. Every court has announced him innocent by virtue of squashing the cases raised against him. So pls tell me, why has the government not released Mazi Nnamdi Kanu??
