PHijo:Izons are nobody. Even Bishop Crowther during his evangelization of tribes in the lower Niger bypassed the godforsaken Izon language for significant ones. Nobody knows where the dead Izon language originated from? Every other southern Nigerian language are linguistically from the Niger-Congo (Yoruba, Edo, Igbo, Ibibio, Igala) etc. Only Izon seems different from the rest that has made linguist continue to downplay its significance. Is it not shameful that your language started gaining academic significance in the 20th century? When people with language are speaking those whose language has no origin should keep quiet. The Ibani (Kalabari dialect) which was said to be the language of Bonny according to Ijaw historians was scorned by the people of Bonny themselves. Who had to sustain the Igbo language which they pass to their Children till date. The forefathers of Bonny were smart people and it was that smartness that made Bonny the greatest Kingdom in the Delta even more than other Izon dwarfish swamp villages of the west. The Igbo identity of Bonny elevated them in the past where business dealing with the hinterlanders made them rich and influential, and you want them to throw away that global language for the Ijo spoken in Finnema. Go to Bonny and force then to embrace Izon like your elder Professor Alagoa did and watch them push you away with scorn. The glory of Bonny today was not the handiwork of swamp dwellers from Bayelsa but by their connection to their Igbo relatives. Had Bonny relied on Izon ogogoro drinkers from Bayelsa of yore, nobody would have known about them today. 4 Likes |

pazienza:Pazienza you are going far! Maybe we should begin to list the Ijaw lords. As a matter of fact it beats my imagination that Igbos founded, ruled and still ruling the so-called Ijaws in their now stolen lands. Abeg see the Igbo people who are the real founders and Kings of the areas Ijaws now lay claim to. 1. Bonny 1. Okpara Ndoli — Founder 2. Alagbara (Alagbarinye) 3. King Pepple (Gotten from the name Pepper) 4. Chief Madu 5. Oko Jumbo Till date the Igbo lineage is still ruling Bonny 2. Kalabari 1. King Amachree (Amakiri) — Till now the Igbo lineage is still ruling Kalabari 2. Abam lineage of Buguma — Asari and Hilda Dokubo ancestors. Hilda Dokubo speaks Igbo fluently. 3. Okrika Abam lineage still sits on the Okrika throne Virtually the bulk of Okrika Ama have Igbo origin 4. Opobo This place is a no go area. Jaja’s heir will continue to promote the Igbo connection. 5. Nembe Aboh footprints is all over Nembe. Before Ijaws went on their identity changing campaign, Igbo was the 2nd language spoken here. Even till now, Aboh kinship with Nembe kings materializes with their Igbo middle names. Aboh Eke totem is still preserved in Nembe till date. All the above places were under the old eastern region. Ijaw historians call them eastern Ijaws and till date have strong blood links with Ndigbo. Ijawcitizen, PHson, Bishop etc hope you can now see the real owners (Igbos lords) and the real slaves (Izon serfs). 2 Likes |

[quote author=pazienza post=97624624] It will take Ndiigbo time to realize the harm IPOB have caused to the mindset of average Igbo youths. Most people may say I’m diabolic. But two thing will free Igbo youths from IPOB. 1. Either Kanu is arrested and sent to British jail. (For any offense whatsoever, money laundering, terrorism or anything) or he’s shot dead by any motherfucker. 2. A serious push for Igbo Presidency as a way of ending the narrative spread by IPOB that Igbos are hated. IPOB have been using this tactics as a means to sell their propaganda. I think they Great Benin Descendants campaign has burnt it self out. I don't think they are a threat for now. They have a little case of Ogiemien dynasty issue to deal with for the next foreseeable future.I think they went on sabbatical for reasons I’m still monitoring. But something tells me they are cooking more false history to launch in the nearest future. Ayegba and his Igala campaign never took off. But yeah, I agree with you, we must maintain an outpost and watch out on his and his minions activities. For Ayegba, methink the demise of their late Agaba Idu ended his land-grabbing campaign. The late Attah was the key financier of his wack history and his death in just few years to ascending the throne devastated Ayegba. Who knows if he’s looking for new patron to sell his Igala land-grabbing agenda to. Ijaw is more of a FRANCHISE. The less value Crude oil holds in the future, the more many groups currently under the FRANCHISE will see no need to remain with it.These ones? Their saving grace is that Ndigbo haven’t taken them serious. We still take them as jokers. Why? Because we expected their fraudulent ethnic status to be stronger since 1970 when they forcefully dragged other ethnic groups into it, but it never happened. Even Professor Alagoa the main history falsifier has grown tired of his lies. I watched where he was invited the other day to the launch of Ibani Egere (Kalabari dialect) in Grand Bonny. When he was given the microphone to speak, I saw a frustrated old man who kept pleading that the language be adopted in Bonny. It dawned on him that his attempt to wipe off the Igbo language in Bonny ended in a failed attempt. Too bad he might go to his grave seeing that the fraud of an history he fabricated might be torn to shred by the same people he wanted to foist a fake identity on. 1 Like |

Here is another post that sprang up an argument. One Izon clown raised the topic inorder to kick start Igbo bashing 4 hours ago, because he heard King Ateke Tom brought Nwaotam festival to Okochiri town. As soon as Okrikans saw his Izon name they began questioning his presence in the group. And trust the Izons infiltrators from Bayelsans. They jumped in to change the narrative. Abeg see as Wakrike people dey slam their fish head. Another INC member of which I suspect is Ijawcitizen jumped to push the Ijaw brotherhood narrative. The first pix is the topic created by Izon man from Bayelsa forming Okrika. But his name and facebook picture gave him away. The 2nd pix was when a smart Okrikan detected his motive, and called the imposter out. Asking what he was doing in the group made for only Okrikans. The third pix was where one Izon infiltrator, possibly BishopMagic (Going by the name theist with anither female handle) began saying trash to support his fellow Izon from Bayelsa. The fourth pix was where another Okrika supported the young lady, saying Ijaw is not a tribe. The fifth pix is when another Okrika on stood in support of the young lady by calling the bluff of the supposedly Okrikans. 2 Likes

INC members have currently being paid with amnesty money to infiltrate Bonny, Opobo, Okrika, Kalabari, Andoni groups to enforce a fraudulent Ijaw brotherhood. And this has been going on for years. Even the Ibani Egere language being sponsored in Bonny today is carried out by INC and IYC. 2 Likes |

PHijo:Fraud never last. Ijaw domination of the above areas is built on fraud, that why despite your shenanigan and supplanting of Igbo presence through fake history, our identity is still growing there. We know who began changing Bonny, Opobo, Okrika, and Ikwerre history. All the fake Wari, Perekule, and all that were fake. Igbos in those areas were both noble men and slaves. King Ndoli, Alagbarinye, Pepple, Amakiri etc were all Igbo noblemen. Yes, Ijaw fishermen came to live with them, to form a dual ethnicity to which europeans recorded. Those who planned that hatchet job from 1950-1970 downwards know that the expiry date is around the corner. No port was founded on Ijawland. Kalio was an Igbo of Okrika origin who interpreted for the uneducated Ikwerres. History made mention of it. 5 Likes 1 Share |

SaintBishop:Okrika people are two types. Just like the Bonny Islanders, they had those with Igbo origin and another section with Ijaw origin. But the Igbo angle was forcefully suppress by the Ijaws who went on a supplanting mission to eradicate all Igbo links in Rivers state after the civil war. Do not forget that the federal government had gifted Rivers state to the Ijaws after their support of the federal forces, and how Boro’s forces helped in pushing the Biafran forces first out of Bonny and later P/H. Saro-Wiwa was later made the administrator of Bonny, and the rest is history. Bonny was the first target, where the Kalabari dialect spoken in the periphery of Island was forcefully used as the ethnic language of Bonny people. This Kalabari dialect is what is known as Ibani, while the Igbo language of Grand Bonny (Ubani) was supressed. After that was achieved, Okrika, Opobo, and those with Igbo links faced the same onslaught. Asari Dokubo confessed that his own Family lost everything because of their Igbo links. The current ethnic language in Okrika today is a Kalabari dialect spoken by those with Ijaw heritage, which was enforced in the Igbo areas with force. Brothers were killed and those who insisted on their Igbo identity were ostracized and suppressed. Professor Alagoa was the scholar who engineered this feat in 1970, however some Ijaw nationalist had already planned this even before the civil war where Isaac Boro was used to draw many Igbo speaking groups into the Ijaw Niger-Delta Republic map. I’ll post the Okrika communities with Igbo origin, with many of their names now Ijawnized to sound non-Igbo. The worst was that the Igbo leaders like Ojukwu and MI Okpara were chasing clout and never saw this coming. I’ll post snapshot of Okrika areas with Igbo identity, where Igbo is spoken side by side with (Wakrike), the Kalabari dialect of the Okrika people. The second snapshot is the first Okrika elder who signed the P/H contract with the British. Chief Kalio was his name and he was educated. He was the interpreter who spoke Igbo with the Ikwerre elders and signed on behalf of the natives. 5 Likes

PHijo:First of all, there are no Ijaws in present Rivers state. The Okrika people call themselves Wakrike Ethnic Nationality. All Ijaws have been banished to Bayelsa state. Okrika people I know of which Patience Jonathan comes from have Igbo origin. There are also people from Okrika with Kalabari heritage. But the Igbo aspect was altered after P/H was gifted to you Ijaws from Bayelsa. The first King of Okrika is from Abam in present Abia state, the same goes with much of their noble men. No wonder the current Amanayabo of Okrika goes by the title Abam X1. No matter how you guys tried to wipe away the Igbo side of Okrika people it still ended up in failure. Today, the Igbo language you taught will die is still spoken in many Okrika villages till today. Is God not wonderful. 4 Likes |
