I need honest opinion/ advice on this please,
I have just acquired a 5 acre of farmland somewhere in Ibadan, I am looking to focus solemnly on crops like Cassava and Maize. As a new farmer, I want to make sure things are done correctly to get maximum yield , I plan on doing the right test and using fertilizers as well as getting an irrigation system(most important) but someway somehow I feel the need to find a mentor or someone who can guide me through this as I have been following so many threads on here ,but I feel with some sort of professional mentoring , I can do better than I already know .

- I have plans of building a facility for workers on farm but I’m not sure if I can include that for starters
-I am considering a drip irrigation system
- Install a Fence and a Solar powered cctv as I'm away
- Is it advisable to plant with varieties of both crops or stick to one

I'm guessing it must have happened when I had this old man mess up my AC with his associate rewire.
I swear respect made me keep quiet and it ruined Everything.

I can stop this action or control it to a point by pressing the security button continuously and it works 7/10 times but it's not easy to keep up with the button

My Toyota Camry 2010 goes off on me everytime the AC is working and the car engine is idle or driving at a low speed.
I've had so many near miss accident, I need help .
Gone to a lot of mechanic but car doesn't do this silly thing instead it works fine and I look dumb.
I've had them increase the RPM but doesn't help either

So today, AC stopped working completely, is blowing hit air, perhaps I'm out of gas .

Then secondly, the fan is blowing hot air lowkey without running the AC and makes the car hot

Is it possible for you to collect your compressor back cos I am sure your old compressor is still ok .The likely problem you might have might to deal with the blend doors servometer motors .

It was a friend who even introduced him saying the guy's good and knows what he's doing.
He even claimed he has never seen such scene where one part is cold and the other is hot.

What a waste as I am sure the sophiscated made vdc compressor must have been changed to the crude manual type and still the problem persist, this is what u get if patronize half bake kazeem that their hand is always faster than their brain. change your mechanic and tell him to scan the ac system and check the blend doors.

Job scout? Habibi you're about to dash someone money. Better save that money, as for the 50k for accommodation (definitely bedspace), I will advice you not to pay in advance until when you touch down, see/confirm what you're paying for.

Don't be surprised, you may see 5 persons inside the room when you pay the money, later in the night you will see 20 persons sleeping in the same room.(not all cases though)

We had an agreement of 50k for accommodation and 100k for job scout but I'm just feeling a bit off due to the fact that he's posting me in regards to his connect.
I don't want to be stranded at the bus station. is it advisable to cancel flight ?

I need to be sure of his words as I'm in between going with the option of him processing a 3 months visa and I get hooked up with his connect over there and we can get on with the job processing Or I get a refund.
I also need to be sure about the chances of getting a job there though I have quite a few experience on other jobs from the UK ( will it be a plus ) ?
I just don't want to get stuck in another country

Someone is telling u agent price and u are saying is too expensive, can agent run American visa for 400k, that fee u seeing there is the agent own, u even see people tackling the guy that is too much, Dubai visa is cheap but because u can't apply on ur own u need agent that's why it look as if is costly, first agent, the main company that applied for visa all have Thier cut.

True, the agent set the price high cause they know their way around it but tbh, these lot are charging double the visa fee . I'm not saying they shouldn't add their own to it (profit) , I just feel this price is out of the world

I logged into my gtb account and I saw the UAE application but my concern now is , what's the success rate as I don't use the gtb account often and what are the criteria ?

No I don't have a sira certificate but I have an SIA badge , spectator events pit training certificate . I'm guessing it should be a plus and my experience as well having worked in many football stadium and gigs in the uk. I also have an experience in stock taking

No I left the Uk a few years ago. I dropped out of Uni at final year due to some problems
