Please, my hp laptop goes off as soon as I disconnect it from power. Initially, when plugged in, it shows 95% constantly, plugged in, charging. After checking what the problem is and coupling it back, it changed to constant 6%, plugged in, charging.

I tried to remove the battery, and the laptop notified that there is no battery. I replaced the battery and it showed constant, 6%, plugged in.

Which network are you using with It? I know for a fact that Etisalat and glo lines are not compatible with 9930. Try using it with an MTN or airtel line.

So, I bought this brand new, fully unlocked BlackBerry 9930 from Amazon and it still has 'Activation required ' on the screen which virtual doesn't allow me to do anything meaningful on the phone.

I received same from my ex-employer, I returned it for integrity and future sake. It's a multinational, if I get away with that, I may get blacklists and could cause visa denial. Also, I may need letter of recommendation from them to secure another job.
