That one sef dey just that solar is now kinda becoming expensive for something that can't efficiently power a whole building AC, freezer, water heater, washing machine and co, and the fact that you will have to change the battery after few months or years (depends on your usage).

Well, anybody using Solar must also have Generator as back up

I think the reverse should be the case.
Getting a good engine should be the main challenge.
An engine swap can even be done using DIY tips.
My opinion though.

Just a well done Simple finishing by a good and creative interior designer and I am good to go.

I did something similar (abeit in another estate), right now facing issues with one of the lands.

So they are begging I give them time to sort the issue.. Seems another party got right to the same estate land they sold to us.... A land with C of O that's genuine!

I actually bought this particular land so that when money is needed in bulk, it can be sold to continue pending projects.
