The mural artist would do the painting of that wall.
I deliver and handle the painting on behalf of the client with my painters. They can negotiate directly with the painters.
Like 3 to 4 drums would be enough depending on the size of the shops.
I deliver all over the country.
Which kind of your paints would you suggest, the one that won't require screeding but would still come out nice like it was screeded?

2)We would be needing the drums next month, can we pay ahead?

Hello Gbadexy, I have some inquiries.
1)If we are to make Murals on an outside wall, will painters still have to paint those wall or it's the mural artist that would do the painting?

2)Do you deliver paints only or you also offer painting service?

3)For a 6 block of shops, how many buckets of paints are we looking at and do you deliver to ogun state?

After much procrastination, we will finally start the construction of 6 blocks of shops next week.

We thought the price of cement would go down when it was around 3500 and that was why we didn't start then but see us today, buying a bag for 4700.

Value of rent in the area: 120k to 200k for a shop
---------

We paid for 1000blocks and 40 bags of cements today. I'll keep updating everybody on the process
Update.
Materials that we will be using
50 bags of cement
1200 blocks
3 loads of setting sand
1 load of gravel or Granite
1 load of sharp sand.
150k for workmanship.
---
Electrical and plumbing work would start after the brick laying job

All I can say is, thanks to Seun Osewa for his Nairaland Ideas. It's has been able to help so many people, including me in one way or the other. Amazingly, not many people have been asked to appreciate this guy since I've joined NL and been reading people's comments. I commend your effort Seun. From start to finish, all the workers I engaged were sourced from NL. They're professional to the core. Mine was 5 bedroom with a BQ at the back, state of the art. Nigerians are so talented. I wouldn't say how much it cost me but it took me 2 years plus to finish it. I was just taking my time. A plot of land cost me 20m. The art work was superb and my living room is like a recording studio. I adorned it with artwork including my TV board.

My advice...pls don't engage Nigerians for your POP. Engage togolese or benennois if you can reach them. Most of our people who claim to be pop experts do use them as workers after collecting the job. When it comes to neatness and straight edges with state of the art designs, give it to them, same as your window recess and art work. A friend of mine working in the oil company didn't hesitate to ask for the numbers of those who worked on my site in a hurry when he saw what they did during his visit.

Masons were so good, from Ibadan. My parapets are wonderful, 2 layers with the water collector covering the 3rd one slightly. My carpenter is superb. If you look at my gerard roof, you'd not see any bent portion...very straight and that's as a result of good carpentry job. We got our woods for carcas from the Ikirun forest in Osun. The carpenter went there himself spending 5 days. He's from that side too. My architect is a member of NL too, a fresh graduate that time whose mouth wasn't too wide. I got his contact from this amazing forum.

Thanks once again Seun. You deserve a gift from me smiley. You saved me a lot

I bought the land half plot at 4m ajah 2018 and fence it round with gate with about 700k dec 2018 and keep hustling .
I started the project of house June 2021, I have 10m ready and I supervise it my self with the help of my brother when am not available.

Out of the 10m I did foundation , you know Lagos is water land so the foundation takes like 2.5m with Germany floor all solid materials bought myself and setting of blocks don't take much till linted and finally decking , that consume like 4m because, plumber , electrician, carpenter, and welder will work .

That's one of the stage that takes much money cus I bought only iron like 1.5m .

After that stage you will set blocks base on your plans mine is 4bedroom , 2 palours , 4bedrooms , kitchen, store, dinny and all duplex need .
After setting of blocks u will so another linted and if you like you can include paraphet that may cost u nothing less than 500k or more .

The to the roofing another spending .
Since I used Gerald, carpenter will buy a lot of wood and it's must be hard wood cus gelrad is heavy and base on the square meter , mine is around 283 , all I spend for roofing was around 3m . So I spent like 11.5m to 12m to roofing , what I spent not someone's project .

I thought it's almost done but house nah long things ooooo.
Let me just note all once not to stress una with my English .
I rest and continue Jan 2022

Casement window 1.3m
All house pop around 1m
Plastering chop material 2m
Electricals like 2m
Plumbling takes money like electrical , like 2m
Only where I put water thank is 500k cus it must he very tall since it's duplex .
Kitchen cabinet and others 1m
Screeding and painting =1.5
Tiles= 1.7 or more
Doors = more than 1m

I can't even list all cus they no dey finish house once , have moved in October 2022 so I wish this can help a lil
POP 1M? it's cheap

I see things like only 0.1% of the world's population holds at least 1 btc.

I do not know but to me, it seems that a lot of people owns at least 1Btc because everybody I've encountered in this crypto space do sound rich and made.

So my question is, do you think only a small fraction of people own 1BTC?

The cost of building a six-bedroom duplex in Nigeria can vary greatly depending on factors such as location, building materials, and construction method. However, a rough estimate for the construction of a six-bedroom duplex from the foundation to the finishing could be as follows:

Foundation: NGN 2,500,000 - NGN 4,000,000 ($6,500 - $10,500)
Brickwork/blockwork: NGN 1,500,000 - NGN 3,000,000 ($4,000 - $8,000)
Roofing: NGN 800,000 - NGN 1,500,000 ($2,100 - $4,000)
Electrical works: NGN 500,000 - NGN 1,000,000 ($1,300 - $2,600)
Plumbing works: NGN 400,000 - NGN 800,000 ($1,000 - $2,100)
Finishing (paint, tiles, doors, windows, etc.): NGN 1,500,000 - NGN 3,000,000 ($4,000 - $8,000)
Miscellaneous (labor, permits, etc.): NGN 500,000 - NGN 1,000,000 ($1,300 - $2,600)
Total estimated cost: NGN 7,000,000 - NGN 12,000,000 ($18,400 - $31,500)

It is important to note that this is just a rough estimate and actual costs may vary depending on specific factors such as location, building materials, and construction method. It is always recommended to obtain quotes from contractors and suppliers to get a more accurate estimate of the cost.
That your finishing is not possible

It depends. It is advised(NFA) to buy the big 3(BTC,Eth,BnB) during the bloodbath, buy some sh1t coins with lower percentage of portfolio. Those ones to sell and rebuy. The big ones to sit in cold wallet with maximum security only to be released after halving or impromptu bull if you wish.

Lunc wey I buy, I give am till Tuesday if e no rise, I go sell am enter another thing grin I no dey keep ashawo for house too long. That one wan come collect space, others I have sold but waiting for cheap sales to rebuy.

Anyway, I have skipped my DCA twice because of this mini bull, I just converted the money to usdt and moved it out of exchange. I still believe that this is a bull trap. The rise doesn't make sense to me. Nothing does anyway, but I will just stick to my strategy.

Buy a lot during the fear.
Take profit or wait during bull.
Protect my capital . No unnecessary leaving money in exchange.
No unnecessary buying sh1tcoins,
70% on strong coin BTC.
30% Eth, BnB
10% shit coin.(willing to convert my eth and BnB to decentralised sh1tcoins during bull)
30% etf, 20% stock,20% crypto, 20%cash, 10% emergency money.
Happy market!

After this yr,
40%etf, 20% stock, 30%crypto,10%cash.

After next yr

100% crypto in an island with my oyoryors partying and releasing sh1tcoins to the market grin grin

I have a feeling that many people on this thread have been dealt with ruthlessly in the cryptocurrency market, they have lost a lot, i mean a lot, a life-changing huge sum of money, but they just chose to keep mum about it and licking their wound silently. If those people share their experience, many others will be able to learn from them and it won't be like as if everything in the market is always rosy as it is erroneously portrayed.
I do share mine though, I've lost close to $20k in thr market.

My advice.
1)But that property or make sure you build a property before you leave. Do not rent it out, it is your personal space whenever you're back in Nigeria
2)Leave the rest in a fixed deposit offering at least 10% annually. And do not touch this interest no matter what, keep reinvesting

Go to POLAND and hustle like someone who doesn't have money

NB: the plans above will secure you whenever you come back to Nigeria.

Lastly, no go buy land o. To see land sell hard die

What do you expect from someone whose portfolio is already 95% down? His asset must do 1000% from current price before he can breakeven again let alone making profit. So what's 50% - 100% pump to such kind of person?
You are right but at least, we know we are still in the bear market.
