When import duty on tokunbo was reduced to 10% and people now pay N1.4m to clear moto why are we still importing cars through Nigerian Port?

For years now , one thing I have learnt from crypto trading is that , whenever some so called experts tell you it will pump, just do the opposite by selling...When they tell you it will dump , just do the opposite by buying.....so I am not surprised the bitcoin pumped when the experts said it will dump.....just watch..when they come up again and tell you it will pump more , just click the sell button..

In other words they tell you it will pump , so that they can dump their coins into the market , and they tell you it will dump so that they can buy into the market at a cheaper price.....use your head oooo
And when you think you have it figured out, you will be disappointed grin

BTC had reached bottom, even though, some investors are looking to pressure it out further. Hence, the slowness. What's left is bull season.... Perhaps, it will draaaaaaaag till January.

Stop bringing me back bruv. grin

Exit
Either ways, win win for me.

I want it lower so I can if possible buy 1 BTC

And if BULLs resume, I get many coins already

Win win for me

Ya’ll always miss it, hence, reason you always lose money.

More so, I didn’t give you a prediction. I stated specifically what was going to happen. If this isn’t up for you, i guess you’re watching the chart upside down. What’s more important is the wise ones who are always silent here, learnt something tangible.

EXIT
Okay, the pump will happen regardless but when is what nobody can easily predict

The best we can do now is to stay neutral till the coast is clear or we keep shorting until it clearly breaks through 30k

Buying now? BTC at 19400 is pump and going up to you? Something that was on 20k (dip) last week?

You can't celebrate pump until we break through 30k

You don't know what's going on, where will the money to go up come from?

Don't you realize that everybody is broke worldwide and they're all trying to lay their hands on their next meal?

Where exactly will the pump come from?

Bank transfer like on your Nigerian account? If yes, does this mean one can deposit naira to his or her passfolio account, get credited dollar worth probably at official bank rate. Buy Bitcoin on passfolio, then move over to Binance to sell at black market rate. How feasible is this please?
Nah! Lol, it's at 703naira per dollar

I have not finished buying Facebook meta stocks, or Tesla fractional shares, or Amazon or Microsoft, it’s now jumia or Dangote or mtn or one yeye African bank shares l wee now go & buy grin.
Just realized the lady who recently cried on twitter her Nigerian Bank shares are worth same amount after 15years is even extremely lucky sef to recoup her original capital o grin
African businesses favour majority shareholders on the board of directors and cofounders with majority stakes. One can see good returns overtime if buying a fraction of the business directly from cofounder who wants to sell off all or a percentage of his stake.

Their public offering is just crap and opaque.
Even if their business market capitalization ramps up tomorrow, somehow, lmillion naira spent on shares in year 2000 Will still be lmillion naira in year 2022, 22years later grin when Amazon, Tesla and bitcoin investors who invested same amount, are wealthier. That is if you are even lucky sef to realize the lmillion naira on the yeye naija stocks back especially their very yeye rubbish bank shares with yeye dividends.
Apple that even pays dividends on Apple shares quarterly or so, u go see the dividends wella & always on time.
Oyo is your case with all these naija shares.
Jumia is owned by those oyibo from Germany or so although jumia is a business tailored to run in Africa & targeted at Africans. Wallahi l still Dey look all of them with same eye.Oyo is ya case. grin
If the price of one unit of the shares is denominated in naira, you are completely finished & hustling backwards grin
$1 equals 700naira,, & falling nonstop. a few years from now, say 15years ,$1 will be around 1500naira and beyond. 400naira naija stocks in 2016 say it even appreciated to 700naira in 2022, you are still on $1. If it’s 500naira 2022, you are poorer than $1 .
It’s a pitiable situation.
I swear, it's a pathetic case. I am focusing on tsla, appl, nio,Amazon now. I will consider unilever on the long run.

I lost $1k+ to jmia, lost more on palantir and co

Focusmind:
This is any builders worst nightmare. Honestly, I sympathize with you. I felt into the same dilemma last year on my own property after sinking so much money into the build to my taste.

Madam/ my wife, told me that she was no longer seeing any future again in Nigeria and wants to relocate abroad. She has been on this relocation thing since the past five years but I was holding her. I still prefer my kids to have some basic Nigerian foundation. However, the relocation thing just clicked for her and I was in dilemma concerning my house since it was meant for family. Two bedroom duplex completed at the back of the main house (though the outside was yet to be painted) for us to move in and continue with the interior work of the four bedroom duplex in front that was meant to house the family and I would rent out the two bedroom duplex behind that we were to occupy initially after moving into the main house in front

My brother, I had to change style since my family wont be staying again in Nigeria. We redesigned the front house to accommodate for self contain and mini flats. We got about eight in total. Luckily, where the staircase was placed in the duplex was in an excellent position. It would serve as a staircase for the tenants that would occupy the upper floor. An agent heard that I wanted to rent my completed back duplex at the back and came and inspected it. He told him that he would be back later. By evening, he came with two people that seems to have come back to Nigeria from foreign country, based on their dressing and accent. They inspected and said they would like to take it. I was actually looking for at least N1.3m a year for the two bedroom based on the quality of the interior that I did. I told them N1.5m, they accepted and I collected two years.

I have not started the demarcation of the front house into mini flats and self-contain as I still want to sort out some outstanding family issues that requires lots of fund. The remodeling into mini-flats would be another set of costs on its own. It is always terrible when you are not sure what to do with your build. I will advice you take your time to make your plans; survey the area whether it would be commercially viable and then demarcate into self-cons. You can never go wrong with properties in Nigeria. That rent I collected for the back house created another impression in my mind about rented apartment. One could actually get some supporting income from rented apartment and support himself, at least with feeding.

All the best bro!! It is always painful looking at your non-earning assets wasting away.
Thank you for this
