Another area to look into is how you, the children are comporting yourselves.
Is you father encourage by what he is seeing among you. If he is not encouraged, he may be tempted to enjoy his wealth while alive instead of leaving them in the hands of "worthless" children.

I have seen a man that had many goats and his kids are just something else. The man kept killing, eating and selling off those goats before he died. He was not impressed by the lifestyles of his children. He chose to enjoy his wealth while alive.

but if I approached him to buy, he might look it as disrespect because we've quarreled about this several times. and if I went to him to give me I want to build now, when am not financially ready yet, it might lead another thing.
