It’s glaring by virtue of the recent concluded presidential general election now in power, that the ascendency into presidency revolves between the North and the West.
This is because the Igbos have not genuinely united as one Kingdom. Betrayals persist amongst the generality of the Ibos. They do not see beyond their nose . How could Rochas dare believed Bola Tinubu will forsake his Yoruba kinsmen and allow him to emerge as a Presidential candidate during the APC primaries?
How dare could Amaechi have felt that by decamping from the PDP to APC and attacking Goodluck’s government vehemently will attract to him a federal appointment under a platform of regime of tribal and religious sentiment?
These people must be joking and do not know the subtlety and cunning innate of Buhari. Check your history very well. Putting confidence on the Hausas and the Yorubas is tantamount to someone going to the river with a basket to fetch water.
When will the Ibos learn their Lessons?
Anywhere in the country of so-called one nation, the Ibos are being marginalized and driven away. The launching of Jihad (Boko Haram) attack in Borno State was first targeted against the Ibos before it was expanded like the wild fire.
Since then no Government has considered enacting a policy as to compensate or rehabilitate the Ibos who have lost their Homes and sources of their lively hood by the insurgency. Yet, the slogan: “we are one Nigeria” kept chorusing and resounding in our society. Upon that destructions of lives and properties, people are advocating for amnesty to the insurgent showing that your existence does not matter to them.
The Ibos kept on developing the West and the North, building costly houses and Hotels, neglecting their homes. Please, come back to your senses! You go to overseas to buy goods and bring into the country, you did not believe the Northerners and the Westerners could come to Igbo land to buy your goods if they are sited in your home land?
The recent Federal appointment by the presidency is a clear evidence that the present administration is purely a Northernisation. Now the country is gradually transforming into a disintegration state through the ethnic and religious dichotomies in play in our polity system in terms of appointment.
I end my message by saying that a fool at forty is a fool forever, and that a word is enough for a wise.

What do I look out for in a man?

Physical Appearance: I'm not too keen on physical appearance. Just be neat and well groomed, no mouth/body odour. I remember about eight years back, in my undergraduate days, one nigga came a'toasting. Sweet Jesus, how his breath stunk.

Tall, well built, dark complexion with very thick lips, the kind my Yoruba brethren will call 'ete jumkpai' or 'etelombolo'. When he opened his mouth to start the toasting, my eyes watered, my nostrils flared and I almost passed out as waves upon waves of dizzying mouth odour washed over me. I was traumatised for weeks.

There's something called mouthwash, guys. It helps alleviate gangster halitosis. Seriously.

Deodorants help too. Don't approach a lady smelling 'mannish'. You know that man smell; a combination of armpits and sweat smell. Rather unpleasant.

Guys, Nivea deodorant is just 350 naira. Abeg!

Finance: Money isn't everything. Just have a stable source of income. Shove your big dreams and empty pockets up a rat's raggedy buttocks. STABLE source of income is what will reassure a lady. You don't have to be a millionaire, but have something that will ensure your family don't die of kwashiokor because they are forced to drink garri 24/7.

Spirituality: I speak for myself alone. I want me a prayer warrior. It is important your partner knows the things of the spirit,and does not leave the weight of spiritual responsibility for you to carry alone.

Character: Respectful and responsible. A verbally abusive man is a no-no for me. I speak for myself alone though.

Some ladies don't see anything with a verbally abusive or bossy man. I think the term they call it is 'submissiveness'.

Emotional strength: Mild mannered, easy going. No childish tantrums for me. I will verbally whip you to pieces if you do that near me.

I think that does it.

Nobody is perfect though. You first of all have to love yourself and work on yourself before thinking of others.

If we will alwys live in the fear of religion, then we have a lot to work on as a country. The sentiments speak volume, am a christian though, but I dont see why we wont allow anybody to come if he seems fit.
