Rilwayne001: You also came up with a quite pointless premise. Be careful to point hands/fingers ...
This is a lie, the bolded is clearly not true. Showed you didn't actually read of the scripture but copied or heard of lies from your muslim folks who feed nothin' but lies to you all..
You talk once again without wisdom.. You forget that in the perceptions of the war that went within' the Israelite and the other parties, they we're actually at war But then God gives a way out in Deut 20:11-12 "11. And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then shall it be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee. 12. And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:" This acts of yours deceptively selectin' parts of the scripture to prove your claim - reveals every of your premise would be unjust and biased.
This was clearly quoted out of context.. the preceding and latter verses clearly exposes the deception in this statement.
Somehow, you clearly missed the part in Numbers 21:1, where king Arad fought the Israelite and took some of them prisoners.
The preceding verse 19 explains why this was.. The land had been given of Lot. I won't explain any further, since you never read the verses but quoted them out of context..
The preceding Verse 32 disples this argument, It reads "Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz " "I'm sure you understand the English language and can discern what the embolden texts above means.. Sihon clearly brought the fight to the Israelite. Why are you this a liar? You're clearly the liar in this context... Untruthful and deceptive
This Blood thirsty God you refer to, your unholy prophet Muhammad (piss be upon him) in his unholy book made specific reference to this same God you call blood thirsty... Unless you'd deny specific reference to the Torah (tawra), the Psalms (zabûr) and the Gospel (injîl), revealed respectively to Moses (Wrote the books Exodus, Numbers and Deuteronomy you've quoted), David and Jesus. Can you see exactly how slow you have gone in essence to argue... Use your brains bro... 2 Likes 1 Share |

sonOfLucifer: Here's how understand non sequitur : I learnt it is a Latin phrase that means “it doesn’t follow”. Here “non” means not and “sequitur” means to follow. If that be a question, phrase of fact...so far it doesn't follow its non sequitur I hope you get the logic Oh, it is. Because it seems a whole lot of you think one's position on God is an option between atheism and Christianity. Atheism is the direct opposite of theism. Christianity, Islam, ATR's and the Pantheon of God's they worship are subsets of theism. So even if I happen to believe in God tomorrow, he doesn't necessarily have to be the same one who spoke to Abraham or Muhammed. You've still not said anything and this still does not relate in anyway to the question. This is still a non sequitur. Like I have said before, if you want to pose the argument, open up a new thread and call me into it. Its not hard to do innit?? Read above. The right school is a headache you and your fellow theists to solve. There's only one 'noGod' and many 'Gods'.. Lol.Non sequitur, Non sequitur, Non sequitur, Non sequitur, Non sequitur, Non sequitur, Non sequitur, Non sequitur Thanks for explaining clearly how the Quran, Bible and other Holy books came about. God never meant to go public. He's all personal, like an idea and body odor. You love quotin' things out of context don't you? Did you miss the part about the indirect communication? Did you miss the part that every, I meant every one has a thesis. If everyone has a thesis, everyone has a supervisor - thesis here could mean purpose, destiny etc. Exactly how irrational do you reason? |

sonOfLucifer:This is still a non sequitur Probing whether the school is the right or wrong school was never in the equation.. This was deceptively introduced. If you wish to know more about the right school, ask the question genuinely and separately - don't attach it to a premise it dosen't conform to What if the Supervisor never comes out of his office, but only speaks through a PAS?You have said nothin' here A communication would nevertheless be established so far the student willingly leaves his comfort zone *remember the premise states that the student stays at home* But in this case, it would be be a waste of time , illogical and irrational to communicate the details of a student's thesis through a Public Address System (PAS). I'm sure you know how tertiary institutions work and I am sure you know that the compilation of a thesis is singularly based i.e. Individuals within the system has a particular research study which is always particular, will always be particular to that individual and different from every others. Therefore a Public address system would not suit such purpose as the details of the thesis passed is not meant for the public but for singular persons. |

Logicbwoy: You're clearly shying away from the fact that you're deafened to hear of God.. Your argument is a non sequitur But I'd still falsify your claim anyways... Another fact is you can't even spot if God is tryin' to link one to you. Maybe tis' conversation is one of those ways of communication (indirectly). So if God communicates through me (indirectly) to tell you that you have to establish a link with him before you can actively hear of him, them its logical to say it's you who's totally unreasonable and irrational not seein' that communication can be made directly or indirectly. Here's an instance; Student stays at home does not establish communication with Supervisor on how to proceed about constructing his Thesis. Lecturer sends mate to student to inform Student he needs to establish a link of communication Student ignores (Argues supervisor must come directly to him - he further argues the onus is on the supervisor to come down since he is the student). Students fails at the end of the day and concludes tellin' his other mates "It is either that supervisor is a selective, biased and unfair lecturer who lacks the common sense to be institutionally reachable or that supervisor is a Ghost teacher" Plus clearly the rule of not declarin' a negative is only applied when it suits you atheists right? |

Logicbwoy: This is in no way insultin', silly or biased.. You've rather chosen to be evasive, an act possessin' all the traits you've listed above. I'm not dumb, I can clearly aee through your locution. A fact that disproves your logic is this. A knows how to drive a car, B dosen't have the knowledge on how to drive a car. B says: "I have arms, legs, and a working brain" that's all it takes to drive a Car. A says: you lack the skills and manipulations of such B says: So some people can drive cars, others can't; This is insulting, biased and silly. A: Looks at B like ***The thunder that will fire you eh!*** That aside... It's only logical to conclude that your communication with God is deafened. The premise of my argument would be substantiated by the followin' statements... 1. You have in no way tried to establish a communication with God? * I know this is an absolute statement, nevertheless I still affirm it, this is because effective communication with God requires genuinety* 2. Since you have never tried to establish a communication with God, you'd lack the neccessary knowledge or know-how on how to go about communicatin' with God. 3. Since you lack the Know-how, you can't also fathom principles and laws that presides over such communication. 4. Since you lack the know-how/knowledge, your perception, view or thoufhs towards such communication is dead on arrival... |

Logicbwoy: You might be deaf and dumb to certain voices nevertheless.. Communication between a sender and a receiver requires a technology, a mechanism, a device that aids the translation of sound energy into data, processed by the brain and results in a meaningful information. For humans, the mechanism of communication is quite complex but automated such that we have no idea the processes that lead to the end result consciously but such is expressed simply in real time. Communication itself is also governed by certain laws not visible to the human eye. For instance, bats and elephants hear sounds we can't hear, that does not necessarily mean we're deaf we just lack the required mechanism to tap to such frequency or dimension as I love to put it. The Question you should rather be askin' should be what sounds you're deaf to.. |

Agriculture / Re: Why We Are Importing Grass By Minister Of Agriculture by BossTtdiamonds(m): 5:00pm On Mar 25, 2016 |
sikirat2020: The imported grasses would be oversown into the already existing natural pasture. Since the species they're importing are aggressive species, they'll strive more into the dry season before the decline in quality and quantity begins. You have no idea how long Agronomist have been pestering the government to look into this incentives. Some species of Andropogon for instance can be used to ameliorate oil spillage. Imagine if the imported grass has this trait? The funny part about this is that the importation needs only be done once. Grasses are mostly perennials and not like your cereal crops where you'd recurrently have to keep importing. With their colonizing ability, they'd colonize the natural grass lands which would result in more grasses for our animals to eat. If we have smart fellows, they'd seize the advantage and go into hay and silage production on a large scale for dry season feeding.. |
Agriculture / Re: Why We Are Importing Grass By Minister Of Agriculture by BossTtdiamonds(m): 4:54pm On Mar 25, 2016 |
Princewill1: You consume meat, don't you.. Cattle eat grass and you eat cattle.. Either way they are importing what would provide food for you.. Importing grass would help raise the nutritional level of the grasses ruminants consume in our country. This would in turn raise the production of meat and dairy products. Which if properly managed would immensely boost our production sector. The slurry and waste from gotten could be used as fertilizer inputs to replenish our soil, or for bio-gas production. This in-turn would create a new platform for business which int-turn means more hands and inevitably more jobs.
If you don't eat, you'll most likely run out of energy reserve which would ultimately result to death "God Forbid".. Look at it from this perspective, the govt is importing what the animals would eat so that you can have more meat (protein) to eat. We still import meat and meat products when we can produce what we consume. This would at least decrease the importation of this products and boost local production which is a good thing, at least from an economic perspective.
Yeah!.. But they all started from somewhere. Rome wasn't built in a day remember.. But in another perspective, if you start feeding a malnourished child with good food, how long would it take the child to recover? A few months?.. The same applies to Cattle... We expect to start from somewhere and expand as time goes one.. Remember there's always progress if things are done the right way, one of which this is. The grass in the south is still of low nutritional value Pennisetum purpureum the dominant grass specie in the south east and south south cannot compete effectively with temperate grass species like the Rye grass.. In the dry season, the decline also hampers productivity in the southern region - save for the irregular rainfall distribution caused by climate and weather changes. Ruminant animal production is a very rich venture if given attention to. The government is lookin' at maximizing productivity from that direction, in ways you cannot see. You could contact experts from Universities to give more insights into how this would go a long way to help our Economy as a whole.. |

ManTiger: The dominant Panicum maximum in the southern part of Nigeria was imported.. Many of the grasses we see today and feed our animals with were imported. I understand your viewpoint from the corrupt practices of past govt agencies... But if the intended is implemented, a whole lot of good would have been done. I am a Pasture Agronomist however, probably that's why I see a lot of good in the idea.. 1 Like |

Agriculture / Re: Why We Are Importing Grass By Minister Of Agriculture by BossTtdiamonds(m): 2:23pm On Mar 25, 2016 |
ManTiger:Nope.. They would import the grasses (highly aggressive one's) and incorporate it into the existing natural pasture (This transforms the Natural Pasture lands to what we called oversown Pasture lands) That way the we would have less of the UN-improved varieties and more of the improved over-sown varieties. Which would last longer into the dry season. Smart Individuals like your person who would see this as an advantage can go into Hay and Silage Making and sell the conserved grasses to the fulani's in the dry season.. When the fulani's see that stationary farming improves the milk production, beef production, profit and reduces the stress of Walking around, they'll finally settle and stop killing.. I'm not saying it is going to be an instantaneous process, but we have to start from somewhere.. And they don't refrigerate grasses... As a matter of fact, refrigerating it might kill it... @Bolded.. I think they talked about this in @OP.. The phrase was as this "An industry that cannot be measured, cannot be controlled".. I understand that OP was lengthy, but you wont fully understand without readin'..... Pasture Agronomist like myself are smilin' to this incentive |
Agriculture / Re: Why We Are Importing Grass By Minister Of Agriculture by BossTtdiamonds(m): 2:14pm On Mar 25, 2016 |
stevedre:Most Tropical grasses don't have seeds that are Viable... If the grass is aggressive enough, it would start to re-grow anywhere it drops.. Fertilizing grasses dosen't necessary mean you'd yield the desired output. Fertilization regimes might help boost yield, but not neccessary quality which is lacking Like stated earlier, the grasses would not dry if aggressive enough. Development, conserving and utilization of grasses is an untapped gold mine only if youths would look into it. Conserving grasses as hay and silage and selling in the dry season would go a long way to create Jobs. The funny thing is that you get the already free pasture available following the due process of conservation and you're your own boss.. I sold Hay during my service year in benue.. |

Pidggin: It doesn't work like that ma'am, Unless you've worked with grasses before - you'll understand well the statement The modifications you suggested would cost them much more than importing the grasses..this however has not taken into account the years of research and development that would yield the intended result - which would gulp about 20 years of time. Let me give an illustration of why few samples might not be so visible.. Some traits and attributes of a good grass are 1. It has the ability to colonize an area. 2. It is highly digestible (has a lower retention time in the rumen). 3. It contains the require chemical constituents in the correct amounts 4. Its perrenial (long lived) 5. Drought tolerant Prof. Mrs. A. O. Jolaosho sometimes back brought a modified grass Panicum maximum var Ntchisi back in about 2006 or thereabout from Kenya.. She brought few sample of the promising grass. I can affirmatively tell you that in spite of the its aggressiveness and high level of productivity the grass entails, it has not fully colonized the University in which she brought it... That's why the massive importation might be of better help.. It would also open up new business lines in terms of conservation when there's excess in the rainy season for use in the dry season for year round feeding.. This incentive however the case would be of great help.. 1 Like |
